As Shaan walked back to the living room, his mind kept circling Dr. Marshal's words. For some reason, he still felt curious about the person who had cast that spell. Could it be that this person was part of the resistance, as Dr. Marshal had said?
"Everything feels so strange and unclear," Shaan stroked his chin. "It seems I still need to gather more information about this."
Just a few seconds later, there was a knock on Dr. Marshall's door. Hearing it, Shaan, who was just about to sit down on the sofa in the living room, immediately walked over to open the door.
"Oh, hello, Shaan." Mr. Courier smiled. "It's good to see you again."
"I'm also happy to see you all."
"Uhm... Shaan, how is it? Have you managed to make the serum?"
"Yes, we have managed to make it."
"Thank goodness. I'm glad to hear that." Chelsie sighed relief. "So, now we have to meet the bar owner as soon as possible and give him the serum so we can find the secret passageway and find the evidence we need."
