Shaan's face turned pale, and his whole body froze when he realized that someone had discovered his presence. This wasn't good. Could it be the guard? Honestly, he never expected things to turn out like this. He slowly turned his head 90 degrees to the side to see who had found him.
'Dr. Marshal?'
"Shaan, listen to me," Dr. Marshal whispered, trying to calm Shaan down. " Keep calm and come with me. I'll explain everything, but first we have to go to a safer place. Understand?"
Hearing Dr. Marshal's words, Shaan only nodded his head. Slowly, Dr. Marshal released his hand from Shaan's mouth, then he followed Dr. Marshal, who stood several meters ahead of him, without saying a word.
"Ah, I think it's safe here," said Dr. Marshal slowly, stopping in his tracks and looking around. "It seems we're far enough away from that guard, and he shouldn't be able to find us here."
