Chapter 23 - Changing The World!

The Feud between the Fairbangs and the Wellands was a never ending one. In the end, who doesn't like more money?

They admit they too wanted to be rich, it was impossible for them to appear before these Fairbangs and offer to buy shares. To them, that would be a sign of defeat. A sign that proved that the Fairbangs were right.

It would seem like they were bowing to the Fairbangs, and they didn't want that at all! Well, thankfully, they won't have to.

Welland Poe's face darkened, still refusing to believe the facts before him. 'Hmph! It's just a fluke! I don't believe you, Fairbang's will always be so lucky!'

With that, Poe flicked his hand and ruthlessly turned away, heading him with a prideful stance. This is definitely not the end, they will see him. Don't think he will cower just because of this momentary win for the Fairbangs.

Like so, the village continued bustling and boiling. Many were now waiting in anticipation for the trucks from the buyers. Some also rushed to the Fairbang household, putting more names forth for volunteers.

"Village chief, when the trucks come, you will need a strong person to help you load up the goods… why don't I lend you my old man for that day?"

"Village chief, my son will be back tomorrow! He will definitely come by to help !"

"Village chief, this is our company too, so we must do our best to help in such times."

"Village chief, what about me? I tell yah, don't think that because of my cracking back, I won't be able to assist. After eating that meal, I swear that my body seems to have reset!"

"Hey! I want to volunteer too. I can do it, village chief! You've seen me work in the fields before and know how strong I can be. So let me volunteer that day to ensure smooth sailing."

"Village Chief…"

"Village chief…"

Park Fairbang was suddenly overwhelmed. As for Gort, he was now hidden in his laboratory, working on other matters.

No matter what Gort was doing he remained. And while things seemed Calm for Gort, the same couldn't be said for the buyers who left yesterday… socially Payne Hanberg.

.

.

Time flew by in a blink of an eye. But you see, Gort wasn't the only one doing some form of research on his own.

~Bam!

Payne Hanberg's door was forced open by a youthful man about 32 years of age. Don't think that Payne Hanberg was an old man. He was in his early 30's.

The person storming into his office like a madman was his best friend, Erin Cygnus.

Erin was dubbed the 'Research Maniac' by his peers since he loved hurrying himself in the lab all the time. Fortunately, he was a woman who knew how to appear on the scene and drag her husband out by the ear.

Everyone at the facility knew his wife. She was actually a smart, witty and intelligent military woman. Once they made a report that he wasn't eating or had missed several days of food due to his work at the lab, she would appear and drag him out without mercy.

Was he a masochist? One could see the obvious love and awe in his eyes when looking at his heroic woman.

When she wasn't around, he was like a thick glacier of ice that couldn't thaw out. However, in her presence, he turned into a little milk dog who wagged its tail at her every command. Erin worked in his company, so he gave his wife clearance to go in and drag him out whenever need be.

"Brother Payne! Brother Payne! You won't believe this!" Erin was too excited. "Take a look at these! I ran the tests 30 times each, and the results still come out the same?"

They all show the same result. It's just that these results are too insane.

"Brother Payne, as you know, tomatoes are great sources of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Lycopene, Phytoene, and Beta-Carotene."

"Brother Payne… because of all the nutritional values in tomatoes, they are a great help in reducing the risk of getting various ailments and even cancer."

~Flip, Flip!

Erin turned the pages with great vigor, almost ripping them apart.

"Here!... Take a look. Here are the ranges for the normal quantities, purities and percentages found in most tomatoes."

"Then look at this one."

Oh?

Payne Hanberg's left brow raised high when seeing the astronomical numbers shown before him.

Erin continued – "Look closely... These tomatoes have zero impurities… Zero! What's more, their nutritional and medical values are over 200,000% greater than that of an ordinary tomato!"

He wasn't making this up.

He ran the numbers multiple times and hit the same results again and again.

Suddenly, Erin reached forth, grabbing Payne's collar. "Listen to me, brother Payne. No matter what? You must sign the deal with that young man from Geldhan village?"

Why?—Because what he has just tested is definitely a revolutionary product that will change the world as they know it!
