Teleporting behind her back, I heard a male voice, after which Kara answered:

At that statement, I only grinned:

The girl flinched and turned around abruptly, she was weak and breathing heavily, even her face was slightly pale.
«Who are you?" Kara asked apprehensively.
Hearing her question, Henshaw asked:
«Supergirl, what is it? Is there someone else in there?

Teleporting away, I abruptly ripped the transmitter from her ear and crushed it in my hand:
«You won't need it.
The girl tried to get up, but I moved again and knocked her out with a light blow. She didn't even realize what had happened and passed out immediately. Picking her up, I pulled her body to the side. I didn't mind talking, but not now. I'd get what I needed first, and then I could talk.
I detached the suit plate and pulled out a large syringe. I could kidnap the girl, but that didn't make much sense. Killing Supergirl wasn't exactly on my agenda. And there's a Martian Hunter in town, so who knows what he'd do if I did that. I had a good amount of bone marrow, and it wasn't wise to make any unnecessary movements.
The girl's costume was made of a special fabric, so a needle wouldn't penetrate it. Thankfully it wasn't Superman in his tights. Kara had a skirt, so it was much easier to take her brain and she didn't have to undress.
Pulling up my skirt, I had the most marvelous view. But just as I thought, it was just plain white panties. No special underwear, so to speak... I didn't have time to stare, and I'm not used to groping unconscious women. If she'd screamed and fought back-- Hmm, yeah, that'd be a lot more fun.
Of course I'd groped her a little, but I had to get the marrow out. The needle went easily through the skin and bones, just like a normal human needle. Now her condition was at its weakest. But that would of course assign that she had lost her powers. She had simply used up her energy. It wouldn't be a problem to restore it, so her basic abilities were still with her.
Quickly filling the syringe, I nodded in satisfaction, then adjusted my skirt and turned the girl over, making her more comfortable. She was even cuter up close, I couldn't wait to meet her soon.... Fixing her hair, I looked at the neighboring rooftop and moved quickly.
The bone marrow loss shouldn't affect her, plus she'll have time to regenerate it.
It's time for me to get the blueprints for the Red Tornado....
I didn't want to waste time, so I decided to take the bone marrow at once. If anything goes wrong, I'll be back at the base in no time. It was a rare opportunity, and who knows how long it could last, so I couldn't delay.
Taking out a syringe, I began to quickly pour the contents of the liquid into my mouth.
As soon as the first drop was swallowed, a violent shiver went through my body. I was shocked...
"What the hell..." - all my thoughts were saying one thing: Drink! Drink it all!
My whole body felt like it was burning with unparalleled pleasure, and my brain felt like it was melting. My legs started to shake. I collapsed and began furiously draining the syringe, trying not to spill a drop. I couldn't say the brain tasted good, no, it was more like it was something I'd always missed. Like it was the most needed thing in the world. Nothing I had eaten before could compare to this bone marrow. The effect it had was amazing. It wasn't just monstrously nutritious. No, it was more like a divine nectar that stimulated everything in my body. I felt like I was melting as I drank it, completely ignoring the taste.....
I exhaled a little, relieved. It was the first time I'd ever done anything like this, and my thoughts were confused.....
I was a little high now, but I wasn't completely out of my mind, so I couldn't stay out for long. So I got up, and without a second's hesitation, I started to move quickly.
When I arrived at the place where Murrow died, I found Alex Danvers leaving quickly. She'd probably gotten the news about her sister, so she hadn't even had time to do anything here. That was good for me, so I went inside.
The guy's corpse was lying nearby, and the computers were displaying the Red Tornado's condition. Of course, he didn't have any status anymore, since he had long since been destroyed. But the program had to remain.
Quickly logging in, I found a lot of interesting data. Here was basically the entire control center of this robot. Moreover, since it was Morrow's computer, the blueprints of the machine itself were also here. He had been fixing it and improving it, so it was natural. It even contained many ideas that he couldn't realize due to the planet's lack of resources and technology.
It was all useful information, so I quickly copied everything onto a flash drive and left the place, heading back to my base.
It took about three minutes for everything to happen, if everything was going to be the same, it should start now. But it was strange, I hadn't felt anything at all so far....

When Kara came to, the first person she saw was her sister.

Looking at the crushed transmitter lying nearby, Kara's eyes ached slightly. Writing it off as fatigue, she answered:
«He was in a suit, I couldn't figure out who he was, I didn't even have time to use my vision. He ripped out my transmitter, and then..... - nodding toward the object, Kara looked at her sister:
«He could move instantly, not even, he rather... Teleported.
Hearing her sister, the girl frowned even more:
"Is it another alien? And with powers like that?"
Noticing her sister's expression, Kara smiled nonchalantly:
«Come on, don't worry, it's not like he's a villain, I'm fine.
At her sister's words, Alex only smiled crookedly. Kara was so naive...
«Okay, we'll discuss it later, let's get going, you should get some rest.
«Oh, I'm not tired... - Supergirl grinned.
