Upon hearing that Melody Parker was fine, Mark, Benjamin Parker, and Daniel all felt relieved.
"I'm going in to stay with Mommy," Benjamin Parker said as he was about to head into the birth chamber.
"Young master," Tannis called out to stop Benjamin Parker, speaking gently, "The princess is in labor now. It's not a good idea for you to go in. Let's wait here."
Benjamin Parker looked at Tannis and earnestly said, "I want to go in and cheer for Mommy, and I want to be the first to see my sister being born."
Daniel didn't speak, standing by quietly, lost in his thoughts.
Tannis shook his head, his demeanor firm, "Cheering for the princess, having your daddy there is enough. It's not suitable for the young master to enter."
Mark knew what it was like for a woman to give birth, and it truly wasn't a place for children.
So, he looked at Benjamin Parker and gently said, "Benjamin, let's wait here. It's really not suitable for you to go inside."
