Chapter 80 - Chapter 80: The Meeting – Part Seven: No Mercy

All those present hear Hassam's promise…

that he will be the first curse upon the Golden Generation.

And they all think of one thing…

disbelief filling their faces:

"Our children are doomed."

Then they look at each other…

as if their hearts have become one.

They communicate with their eyes, saying only one thing:

"Should we have others?"

Then their expressions change…

regret and sorrow appear, and they say within themselves:

"Forgive us, our children… but this is a man no one can change once he carries responsibility."

"Your fathers are useless."

They sigh, and say:

"Truly… life is strange."

Then, deep inside, they make three promises:

"We will make your last moments happy."

"We will always remember you."

"We must tell our friends, so they can say goodbye to their children… and have others."

And in the coming hours and months,

all the leaders of the world, in every country, will learn this news.

And no one notices the increase in births among officials during those months.

It becomes a secret dark comedy among all officials…

And that…

is another story.

---

Hassam looks at them in confusion.

Their shock and sorrow are greater than what Sand caused.

He thinks:

"Have they gone insane?"

As if they sensed his gaze and thoughts…

They look at him with hostile eyes:

"Shut up, child killer… you truly are an absolute monster."

A look of confusion appears clearly on his face as he says:

"I didn't say anything."

Then he thinks:

"Can they read thoughts… or have they really gone insane?"

No one answers him.

Each person drifts into their own world…

of sorrow, despair, and self-blame for being useless parents.

Hassam speaks with a serious expression:

"Enough jokes… let's return to our discussion.

There are two important matters I want to talk about."

He looks at everyone, who are still uneasy.

He speaks calmly:

"Although the Sinai Global Academy is extremely large, almost like a city in size…

there will come a day when it cannot hold more than five million students worldwide."

He continues:

"Do not think that is a large number…

in reality, it is very small.

Every year, more than one hundred million children are born around the world.

We only take five percent…

the best five million."

Therefore:

"In the coming years, the number of geniuses and talented individuals will increase,

and the Academy will no longer be able to contain them…

unless we expand it,

and that is not a permanent solution."

Then he looks at everyone and sighs, continuing:

"All nations know this,

and they understand it is both a problem… and an opportunity."

"That is why there are plans in America to build a Heroes Academy,

in Europe a Knights Academy,

and in China a Trainers Academy."

"Japan, Korea, and all of East Asia are uniting to build an academy,

and do not forget that Russia is also planning one."

"African nations resent Egypt's control over the global stage,

so they will build an African Academy,

and there is information that Arab countries also want to build one."

Then he says:

"Do not think this is good…

even though Egypt wants everyone to be well and educated,

the problem is that if these academies unite,

the Sinai Academy will face the danger of extinction."

"It seems all nations have secretly united…

to defeat Egypt and shake its control over the world."

"We may still have time before those academies are completed,

but if we do not plan from now…

the Sinai Academy will become history."

"We are no longer facing an organization or an evil faction that wants to destroy the world…

we are facing all nations, each pursuing its own interests, even if it leads to destruction."

"The coming battles will be fierce,

and students themselves will become targets for assassination,

so that no nation gains superiority over another,

especially Egyptian students… they will be in greater danger."

"Because they are the Golden Generation…

and the talented must be eliminated before they grow."

Then he says:

"Didn't I tell you this generation is cursed?

Not only because beings from beyond the planet await them,

nor because a second cosmic war is coming…

but because their own kind wants them dead."

"Even though we informed the world about the existence of beings that threaten humanity's future,

personal interests have overridden the greater good."

The atmosphere suddenly becomes heavy,

and seriousness appears on all faces.

Even though they expected this,

they thought it would happen after everything ended…

not at the beginning.

Everyone begins thinking of a solution,

even if it is only to delay the problem.

One of them says:

"What if we destroy those academies at the beginning through a terrorist act?

Do not forget we control the underworld."

Another responds:

"Impossible…

that would prove Egypt is cooperating with the underworld,

and they would use it to question Al-Adl,

and force us to destroy the underworld with our own hands."

A member of the Egyptian army says:

"Then… what if we distract them?

The Economy Organization will establish a cosmic currency and a massive interdimensional trade center…

we make them focus on space and other worlds,

and distract them from Earth."

Another responds:

"I wish it were that simple…

but it won't happen.

They already hate us for controlling Earth,

so what will happen if we control space as well?"

"They will do everything they can to destroy us."

"They might even ally with other worlds to destroy us,

and humanity may perish before the second cosmic war even begins."

Everyone sighs, sorrow filling their faces.

The President of Egypt speaks, without showing any expression:

"What is the other matter, Hassam?"

Hassam replies quickly:

"Nothing too important,

it is about the training plan that will be applied to the Golden Generation students… and how difficult it will be."

"I have been planning it for more than half a year,

since I learned this is the Golden Generation."

"I did not write it…

and I will not tell anyone…

it exists only in my mind."

Everyone looks at each other, thinking:

"Does he doubt us?

Is there a spy among us?"

One of them asks:

"Do you doubt us?"

Hassam replies:

"No…

but so that you do not tell your children,

and they are able to overcome the plan."

They understand what he means.

They look at him with anger and think:

"A merciless devil… who gives no one a chance."

Then they smile…

and feel a bit of relief… despite the fear.

Until Adam speaks—

leader of the Medical and Research Organization,

and the father of the protagonist:

"I think… I have a plan to solve this problem."

Hello, I truly missed you. Finally, this is a moment of calm and the best time for me to do something I love — but sometimes, reality has another opinion.

Now, a question: have you missed the novel or not?

Well, it seems that it's become a habit for me to be late in publishing chapters — and then I tell you I'm late and all that.

Alright, let's put this problem behind us, because I truly try to release the chapter on time and organize a consistent posting schedule. The problem is that I'm like everyone else — I work a lot to cover my expenses.

So I hope for your support, or you can purchase the new chapters and upcoming events.

And we have the best offers — you know, my dear reader, that you are in this journey with me.

For example: two chapters for the price of one (a symbolic price, of course).

Or simple monthly support — and you will definitely get special things. I'm sure you'll love it.

And finally: volumes or side stories for any character you choose, and your name will be a distinguished name in every printed copy.

And I'm thinking of turning this novel into a book — and you will definitely love it.
