In the hidden place within the Superior Regions…
A tense silence filled the hall. No one knew whether the king would approve of this plan or not.
The angry man who had proposed it was thrilled, convinced that everything would go exactly as he wanted.
But two minutes passed, and the king still said nothing.
The royal advisor understood what the king's silence meant. He stepped forward with steady steps and said:
"Why must we make the heir hated by the world? And even if he dies, do you really think we will escape the plan of the Ancient Egyptians?"
The advisor sighed and continued:
"Have you forgotten what happened when we killed one of the pieces of the Ancient Egyptians' plan?"
Everyone shuddered as they remembered that incident, chills running down their spines.
The advisor went on:
"At that time, another piece appeared, doing exactly what the piece we killed had done — but stronger. We suffered a devastating blow whose effects lasted for a thousand years.
It was a shock to us all, and since then, we swore never to interfere with the pieces again, because we do not know how many there are — or if there are backup pieces waiting to take their place.
What if there is another heir we know nothing about?
And why do you think we even sensed the aura of this Ancient Egyptian god in the first place?
Do you think the gods of Ancient Egypt are incapable of hiding their auras — or their plans?
If they had wished to hide them, we would have sensed nothing at all… and yet we did.
And now we want to kill him, or weaken him!
What if that is exactly their plan? To make this heir grow stronger by feeding his hatred of us — until he returns to destroy us when he reaches his full power?
Do not forget that we are nothing compared to the Ancient Egyptians. We thought we were close to their power — and then came the phenomenon of the Eagle, and the strength that purified our bloodlines and made us superior.
Do you know what that means?
It means the gods of Egypt have reached a level beyond anything we've ever seen.
We thought we had finally become equal to the empires of other worlds — but we learned we are still far beneath them.
No matter how much we evolve or rise, we cannot defeat them.
Perhaps this heir is necessary to protect this world — and you want to destroy him with your own hands?"
The advisor scanned their eyes one by one, reading their emotions, then turned to the king and said:
"My king, I felt the aura of this Egyptian god, but it was dark and chaotic — as though it was rebelling against the world, declaring its arrogant return. That is strange…
There are not many evil Egyptian gods, and the most powerful of them is Set. But it is impossible for him to have an heir, since he is barren and disappeared before the First Cosmic War.
This leads me to believe there is a second heir — one with a pure, powerful aura that balances this chaotic one.
That is why I ask you, my lord, to be patient.
We must not turn the heir of the evil god into our enemy.
Perhaps we can use him — against the empires of other worlds, and maybe even against the other heir himself."
The hall was stunned. Everyone wondered:
"Why did we never think of this before? Could this meeting itself be part of the Ancient Egyptians' plan?"
They suddenly realized they hated this heir — even though they had never met him.
They thought: Isn't it possible that we could be allies? After all, we share the same enemy — the other empires.
Everyone shuddered at the thought — that they might just be pawns in the Ancient Egyptians' grand design.
They looked at the advisor with newfound admiration and respect, once again remembering why the king had chosen him as his personal counselor.
Everyone agreed with the advisor's words, then turned to the king, waiting for his decision.
But the angry man did not give up. He knew his idea was about to fail, so he said:
"I agree with the advisor. But what if even his words are part of the Ancient Egyptians' plan?
Perhaps they want us to think this way — so that we leave the heir alone.
We know nothing. We do not know the full truth.
So we cannot allow the heir to grow unchecked.
We must either help him grow stronger — or kill him, to force the other heir, the one with the pure aura, to appear.
It is better to help a good and powerful Egyptian god than to strengthen a chaotic, evil one."
Silence hung for a moment as everyone tried to process his words.
Some found his logic reasonable, and the confusion in the hall grew.
But everyone also noticed a strange tension between this man and the advisor.
They could not understand what was happening.
They were surprised by the man's cleverness — for the advisor was known as the wisest, strongest, and most experienced in dealing with the plans of the Ancient Egyptians.
How could someone else reach the same conclusions as him?
The leaders exchanged wary glances with one another.
The advisor looked at the man with a serious expression no one could read, then said:
"I did not expect anyone among you to understand the Ancient Egyptians' plans this precisely…
So, has the time come for me to retire?"
Inside, the angry man cursed:
"Damn it! I acted too soon — now they are suspicious of me!"
He thought quickly, then spoke with feigned humility, hiding his anger:
"I would never dare, Advisor. Everything I do is out of fear and concern for the king's safety — and my desire to help him. Everything I have done was out of loyalty."
The advisor replied calmly:
"Your loyalty, then? I will respect that.
But I have one question — and I want you to answer me honestly:
Why are you so determined to block this heir, or even kill him?
Do you hold a personal grudge against him?"
The man was stunned by the question and cursed silently before replying:
"I am only considering every possibility — I hold no grudge.
All I want is to prevent humans from ever ruling us again."
The advisor smiled and said:
"And do you think that killing this heir will stop another from appearing?
Or that the Ancient Egyptians' plan can simply be broken by killing him?
Do you think all of humanity would sit idly by, waiting for one person to rise and bring back their rule over us?
Have you forgotten that the Egyptian gods are not just one — but many?
And that there are other gods, too — from other human civilizations?
But none are as strong as the Ancient Egyptians.
We do not know the full truth."
The man fell silent.
Inside him, there was only one thought left: I have failed.
He tried to justify himself, but his voice rose slightly.
And in that moment, he no longer saw the advisor — but the king himself, standing right before him, impossibly close, though he had never left his throne.
He felt the king's hand on his neck, as though he had been dragged forward by some unseen force.
The pressure of the king's aura crushed the entire room, making everyone feel like they were being ground under its weight.
The king spoke in a cold voice:
"It seems I have been too lenient with you — to the point that you have forgotten the order and the hierarchy."
Everyone froze in place, feeling as though death itself stood before them.
As for the man in the king's grip — blood began to pour from his eyes under the crushing force.
The king continued, indifferent to their pain:
"Listen carefully: This heir does not concern me.
Even if he were to kill me personally, I would not care.
What matters now is that I feel all the villains, heroes, and exiled bloodlines have awakened.
Destruction and chaos will sweep through the world of Seris — in every region.
Therefore, I command you to stop the wars, cleanse the exiled bloodlines and the villains, and recruit the strongest heroes to our side.
Do not worry — with this sudden surge of power, there will be some chaos on Earth.
Perhaps this was the Ancient Egyptians' plan all along — to spread chaos so this heir may grow stronger."
Then he asked in a thunderous voice:
"Did you hear my command?"
Everyone fell to their knees under the king's aura and shouted as one:
"We follow the king's orders!"
The king then looked at the man he was holding and said coldly:
"How many of your own bloodline have you killed?"
The hall answered, one by one:
"He killed two of my sons."
Another said: "He killed my father, kidnapped and murdered my sister."
A third said: "He slaughtered my brother and many of my most gifted kin."
The king smiled and said:
"It seems you have made yourself far too hated.
What do you think of a plan where all the leaders of the superior bloodlines unite to kill you?
Or perhaps you could hide somewhere — and be killed by a villain or an exiled bloodline, thus uniting all the superior bloodlines against the threat?"
The man trembled in fear and said:
"I swear I will never repeat this again!"
But the king ignored his words and hurled him against the wall with great force.
He then turned to one of those present — who immediately understood what the king wanted.
A strange fire ignited in the hall.
Dark poison seeped out of everyone's bodies, burning the floor where it landed.
One of them shouted in shock:
"This poison… again!"
But the king ignored them and said:
"Leave."
Then he looked off into the distance and smiled mysteriously.
