"Itekan Lie!" A voice called out, Itekan stood up, he was one of the last people to be called in, infact there were only three left, the one that was cloaked with death was still around.
When he heard Itekan name, he looked his was with a wiry smile, Itekan and he looked eyes for a second as he stepped forward, he suddenly vanished and next second, he appeared in a dark hall, with several silhouettes.
Itekan walked forward slowly, he felt his heart beat against his chest like drums of war.
" Itekan Lie, you have done well in your physical exams, however so have many others, all who made it this far have done well. Tell us why you should be admitted into the prestigious Four Stars Academy." A voice called out, Itekan could hear the voice from all around him, he knew immediately that this place wasn't as it seemed.
" I am looking for a place to become strong!" Itekan started, "- a place hat would break my limits, I don't aspire to be a hero or whatnot, I just want to be someone my father can be proud of" Itekan said his face bright.
Haha.
A sneering sound erupted across the hall, then another person laughed as well. Itekan felt his self confidence drop.
" You really are the son of Chef C " a loud voice said, revetebrating across the dark hall.
Itekan shocked, looked towards the man in the centre that had spoken.
" You know my father?" Itekan asked, he could feel his soul being sucked away, he was being pulled into a separate world. Itekan felt himself warping through space, he discovered he was now alone, with the only other legendary hero, he knew other than his father, his soft green eyes spoke volumes of how he was if he wanted to capable of destroying the entire world if he so pleased, that confidence, Itekan realized that was what he wanted.
" Itekan Lie, it has been years since I last saw you, you were nothing but a baby" Kime said, Itekan understood that at the level of power his father had, having normal relationships with others was nearly impossible, because most people could not stand his very presence, even without him deliberately releasing his aura, Itekan was an exception because he had grown up before that presence so he was accustomed to it, he however could not help but wonder how his father coped with it, he all the more wanted to become someone strong enough to stand with his father.
" Principal Kime, you knew me when I was a child?"
" You can stand my presence huh" Kime said as he looked at Itekan who was confused.
" Well of course you were raised before him, if you couldn't I wouldn't have believed you to be his son" Kime rumbled scratching his hair gently. Itekan looked at this man with awe, ever since he'd been brought to this pocket dimension his spiritual sea seemed to properly condense. It was becoming much purer.
" I know your father, I once roamed the earths with him"
" Really!!" Itekan gasped
"Yes, he is the strongest person I ever met"
" I know right!!" Itekan agreed, the two looked like a group of fangirls with the way the spoke about Carpathia.
" What did you call him? Chef C" Itekan said
" Chef C is what we called him when we were younger, when we were roamed the Earth, the name came because he could make the most delicious meals with anything at hand " Kime said and the two laughed. The atmosphere in the pocket dimension was anything but tense, and Itekan could not help but feel he was being fatting like a pig for slaughter, he knew instinctively he could not let his guard down.
Almost immediately the mood changed, with Kime's face becoming more serious, a face that said in more ways than one.
Playtimes over.
" On a more important note, why are you really here? What do you intend to gain from your time at our academy ?"
Itekan paused, he understood that this his answer to this question could possibly mar his academic career.
" It's simple, I want to become the strongest, stronger thany dad, I want to become a someone he can be proud of" Itekan said, not sure if it was the right answer but it was what he was going with anyways.
" That's a nice dream, can you bare it's cross" Kime said.
Itekan nodded furiously.
" I am ready to do whatever I need to"
" It is not just about conviction, ever body has a limit, what would you do if your limit stops you?" Kime said boring into his eyes.
Itekan for the first time considered this possibility, that he might despite his resolve and conviction never reach his father, " even then, I would, I would keep at it, it doesn't matter how challenging it becomes, I will break everything in my path; my limits, even fate!!" Itekan said, his face was set like a flint he would not be moved.
Kime burst out in laughter again. He seemed to not be control himself. The tense atmosphere suddenly returned to its earlier warmth.
Itekan knew what he had just said was truly daring but he had proposed it in his heart, he knew he must complete it.
Kime smiled solemnly, a smile that spoke volumes, and soon Itekan found that he had returned to the original hall, with the rest of the instructors present.
They asked a few more questions, all of which Itekan answered, and soon they excused him.

In a realm beyond the mortal plane.
This place was dark and bitter, it's sky was a shade of blood red, so repugnant it made whoever saw it feel as if they were looking at a stream of evwr flowing blood.
Screams, groaning and gnashing of teeth, erupted through the air, the desperate begs of mercy as souls were devoured. The floors were littered with bones and dead flesh, with worm feasting on the delicacies that screamed death.
This was hell, the lowest, darkest level of hell, where only those condemned to eternal damnation were sent, and there was a party being thrown here, well, only those truly twisted called it such.
The king of hell, the god of Death, Noir had just returned, upon his arrival, souls of countless were consumed and of his countenance was followed with a great sorrow. He sat stop a throne, with seven demon kneeling before him. They are the seven Arch Demon kings, second only to him, they controlled the affairs of hell in his stead, and below them were the 165 demon kings that ruled the vast expanse of hell.
Each of these Arch Demon kings could not be ranked with human standards as the peak of mortals is Henkei, all of them were several levels above.
Every single one of them governorned one of the nine gates of hell, and were the personal servants to the king of hell, Noir.
They had felt the connection between them and their God, them moment he had reawoken, immediately gathering at his feets.
" Welcome back, my Lord!" One said, he lay low, his face was set to the ground.
" It has been how many years since I left? Ezmatar " Noir asked.
" It has been nearly 5000 years here in hell" the Arch Demon king, called Ezmatar said, his voice was rough and had a sound as if metal was scraping metal.
" How about on Earth?"
" It would have been about 13 years, my Lord"
" Thirteen years, I assume he would have rested enough, let us send our filial son a present, just to remind him, I have returned " Noir said, a nasty smile grew up on his handsome face, with his naturally wavy hair moving, like the wind.
