One could categorize Elementals into three categories.
Pure Elementals, Mixed Elementals, and Unusual Elementals.
Pure Elementals only had Elements from one type of Law. For example, a Pure Lightning Elemental would be made up of only lightning belonging to the Level One Law of Lightning.
A Mixed Elemental was made of one category of Elements but of different levels. This Lightning Elemental was a Mixed Elemental since it was a chaotic mix of three different levels of lightning.
