Iris nodded in agreement.
"Iris, get someone to send Mr. Chappelle some money so that he can take care of Mrs. Chappelle. Remind him to watch his words in public. They should just pretend that they no longer have a daughter. The money shall be regarded as Darcy Campbell's reward for taking care of me all these years," Christine instructed.
"Okay, Mom," Iris answered.
She then summoned Hill and instructed him to do as he was told. She reminded him that it was essential to convince the Chappelle family to stop meddling in the matter so that they would not need to suffer with Darcy Campbell.
Hill left immediately after receiving the order.
