"Mrs. Yancey, are you okay?" Adam asked out of concern when he saw Yvonne's pale face.
Yvonne shook her head. "I'm okay."
Alex wanted to take her life, but she would not let her.
Even though Adam was worried, he couldn't think of another way to get out of this situation. The only thing he could do was hope that the military planes on both sides could knock that unidentified aircraft down.
As per Leo's orders, he would protect Yvonne at all costs.
The jet eventually stopped shuddering after some time.
Adam sighed and said, "Mrs. Yancey, we're safe now."
Yvonne loosened her grip on the armrests, color returning to her face.
"That's good," she said softly.
It took several hours before the jet landed on a vacant land safely.
