"Well, if there's nothing else, Dr. Ziegler, I'll be off to check on my patients then," said Zoey. She could not be bothered to entertain Nora any longer.
"All right."
Zohar wanted to separate both Zoey and Nora so badly. After all, they were both hard-headed people. If one were to get into trouble with the other, he would be dragged into their mess.
"Dr. Fuller, you may go. Just let me know if you run into any difficulties."
"Sure." Zoey nodded her head, then signaled to the other doctors before leaving.
Clement followed closely behind her.
Nora wanted to leave as well but Zohar held her back.
"Dr. Smith, you have to behave yourself. Please don't make a scene here in the hospital. I can't afford to get in trouble with Mr. Yancey," Zohar advised.
"Dr. Ziegler, what are you trying to say? You don't want to get into trouble with Leo, but you're okay with getting into trouble with me?"
