The Next Day, 6:34 AM, Senju Clan Compound…
Today, Seimei and his squad would need to arrive at the Hokage Office at 8 AM sharp to receive their very first official mission as Konoha ninjas.
Seimei had already woken up, taken a bath, and had his breakfast.
Right now, he had just finished sharpening the edges of his ninjato's blade and was about to put it away when he suddenly heard someone open the door of his room abruptly without even bothering to knock.
And Seimei knew exactly who the person was.
He lifted his head and stared at the person who had brazenly breached his privacy, giving her a deadpan look.
It was none other than Uchiha Reina.

Reina smiled slightly and replied, "I am here."

Reina's grin widened. Her crimson Sharingan, with three tomoe in each eye, flared as she stepped into his room and declared, "But I am already here."
A brief moment of silence suddenly shrouded the room for a few moments.
Seimei put the ninjato away and said calmly, "In that case, don't blame me for what's gonna happen next."
As soon as he finished speaking, Seimei snapped his fingers.
Snap…!
At the very next moment, chakra surged from the spot where Reina was standing. Reina felt her body paralyze all of a sudden. Intricate black lines, like snakes, climbed up to her body and marked her.
She immediately understood what had happened.
This was the Self-Cursing Seal. Its main functions were restricting the physical movement and speech of the victims.
This little brat in front of her had spammed his entire room with Fuinjutsu and cursed seals.
She cursed him for playing dirty, but she wasn't worried at all. A mere Self-Cursing Seal wasn't enough to hinder her.
Seimei knew that as well, so the moment Reina's movements were restricted, he also made his move.
He raised his open palm at Reina. Wind-natured chakra swirled around it.
Wind Release: Gale Palm—Air Shot
Seimei modified the Gale Palm Jutsu on the spot.

The air shot hit the door behind Reina with a loud bang after missing its target. Surprisingly, the door was completely intact, with no dents or cracks on it.
Seimei had already strengthened his room's walls, ceiling, window, and even the doors with material reinforcement seals.
Otherwise, the door would have turned into wooden splinters by now.
However, his eyes were not on the door, but on Reina, who had already regained her balance.
His Tenseigan, already activated, could see blue water-natured chakra and water particles gathering around her.

A stream of azure blue flame, no more than four centimeters wide, burst out of her index finger like a wave in a straight line and intercepted the jet of water.

The flame and the water canceled each other out, releasing a mist of water vapor that filled the room and obscured their vision.
The tomoe of Reina's Sharingan spun rapidly. The moment she detected an anomaly, she would move instantly in the most efficient manner.
And she didn't have to wait for long.
A fist shot out of the veil of mist and targeted her face.
Reina moved to her right and dodged the punch with ease. At the same time, she also saw Seimei's figure emerging from the mist.
"Hey, hey, Seimei. It's not polite to hit a girl's face," said Reina, but her actions didn't slow down at all.
Without any hesitation, she launched a sweeping kick to the left side of Seimei's torso.
Seimei didn't dodge it. The moment her leg touched the left side of Seimei's torso, he used a final application of Chakra Enhanced Strength at the contact point of the kick to disperse the majority of the force behind the kick.

Outwardly, Seimei gave Reina a deadpan look and said, "Whatever."

Seeing the shadow clones doing their jobs, Seimei turned to face Reina, gave her an exasperated look, and asked, "What the heck are you doing here so early in the morning?"
Reina answered without missing a bit, "I woke up early and felt bored. So, I came here to play."
Seimei, speechless, asked, "Play? We have a mission today. And you came to play?"
Reina waved her hand dismissively and said, "Don't sweat the small details. Since I have come to your home this time, you can come to mine next time."
Seimei rubbed his forehead and sighed, "If I come to your home so early in the morning like you did this time, your father will chase me with his sharpened ninja sword until he stabs me a few times."
Reina's expression turned peculiar, and she said, "It's not that serious, right?"
Hearing this, Seimei remembered the last time he visited Reina's home and shuddered.
He replied, "Oh, it's very serious."
Reina's father was already sharpening his blades. If he dared to do anything out of line while visiting Reina's home, that overprotective father of hers would turn into a demon king in a heartbeat and swing his sword.
Seimei wondered what would happen if he suddenly decided to ask for her hand in marriage one day.
That overprotective father of hers would probably awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan on the spot. Yeah, that would be a sight to behold. Seimei might have to face Susanoo and Yasaka Magatama right then and there.
But that is a story for another time.
Seimei shook his head and put the random thoughts away.
He looked at the clock and said, "It's only 6:39 AM. We won't go out before 7:30 AM at the very least. There's still more than 50 minutes left."
Seimei looked at Reina and asked, "Want to play some board games? I created (plagiarized) a few new ones some time ago."
Reina's eyes lit up. "Sure!"
