The next day, Kaneki Ken met Ryuji at the agreed time. Ryuji then, without a word, took him to Mr. Uta's mask shop.
"You're here! Come in!" Mr. Uta seemed to have already been notified by Yoshimura Kousan and was waiting at the shop entrance for Ryuji and Kaneki Ken.
Ryuji didn't waste any words and led Kaneki Ken into Mr. Uta's mask shop.
Mr. Uta led the way and, in the meantime, asked Ryuji, "Ryuji, how are you getting along with Touka-chan?"
