"Okay, that's enough Xavier," Killian warned. His aura spilled over as he dared Xavier to say another word.
Xavier only scoffed, then allowed a small smirk to cross his lips. He turned to face Elena, whose expression was neutral. Guess she felt like what Xavier would say wouldn't shock her as much as the whole story did. True, it might not but she might still want to hear it one day…to know the selfish reason why he went as far as killing his parents.
However, just because he didn't want to put Elena in a tight spot, Xavier decided not to say more. Besides, he was not even in the mood to annoy his brother and was only teasing him earlier. He had other things on his plate…things more important and one of them was how to keep Elena alive after Killian dies.
