"The feeling of being home again is great," Kojou muttered tiredly as he stretched his body. The battle against the Monarch of Frost had been utterly exhausting; the power of that blue beast was no joke.
But now, having leveled up, Kojou was more than satisfied with the fight. His current strength had already surpassed that of the complete Fourth Primogenitor—even though he was still incomplete himself.
"It seems I need to visit the training room to master the Source of Destruction's power," Kojou added, as red and black energy gathered in his palm—a basic, simple application of the Source of Destruction.
Closing his fist, the destructive energy vanished. With a spark of curiosity, Kojou pulled out his Guild Card from his Storage Ring, something he hadn't checked since slaying the Monarch of Frost.

"Oh~ I've already reached Level 16…" Kojou muttered with mild surprise, not expecting to climb this high so quickly. "I even have enough points to buy any ability I want from the Guild's shop."
Though Kojou thought of many abilities he could purchase, he soon shook his head, dismissing the idea. He already possessed far too many powers that he hadn't mastered yet. Gaining more without fully understanding his current ones would be meaningless.
"Is this Master's world?" Yuriko murmured behind him, her eyes curiously scanning the futuristic island landscape. Due to the severe damage to her brain cells before resurrection, she had lost two decades of memories and reverted to the mentality she had in her high school years.
Even with Sadalmelik-Albus's power, the destroyed memories could not be restored. All Kojou could do was bring her back to his own world. As for Saya, she had chosen to remain with her comrades, unwilling to abandon her man and friends to live peacefully in another world alongside a mother who no longer remembered her.
"It feels like we've stepped into a sci-fi world," Shizuka added absentmindedly, her gaze wandering in fascination.
"Not just that," Rika interjected. "The physical condition of the people here is far beyond that of our own world. Any civilian on the streets has a body comparable to a bodybuilder who trained rigorously for a decade." As a former soldier, she could easily gauge the strength of others at a glance—and the sheer difference shocked her.
"A world overflowing with magical and spiritual power naturally enhances the physical capabilities of humans and other beings. Especially demons and other supernatural creatures—they can channel this energy to level entire buildings or landscapes," Kojou explained indifferently. Thanks to Asagi, he was well-versed in the supernatural world and its origins.
His words brought unease to the women, fear flickering in their eyes. A world where people wielded supernatural powers would inevitably be chaotic and riddled with conflict. As ordinary humans at best, this worried them greatly.
"There's no need to worry. You're under my protection; no one would dare touch you. Besides, the Guild will help you grow stronger," Kojou said calmly. Though he didn't reveal his identity as the Fourth Primogenitor—the strongest existence in the world—the power he displayed in their world had already given them more than enough assurance. "Even though you aren't my Blood Servants, you already carry my scent after letting me drink your blood. That alone is enough to deter most supernatural beings."
"That's such a relief… I don't know what I would've done if we were attacked by something stronger than zombies," Shizuka said with a pure, relieved smile, overjoyed to no longer endure the miserable life of endless fleeing and fighting.
"…" Unlike the air-headed Shizuka, Rika stared at Kojou sharply. He was clearly hiding many truths from them. Even with his power, it was absurd to claim he could deter the entire supernatural world simply by existing. This only proved he held a special status in his world—likely one of its strongest beings.
Yuriko said nothing, listening quietly while making mental notes. She wasn't particularly worried, being Kojou's Blood Servant. She could freely borrow his power as long as he permitted it, even tapping into the Fourth Primogenitor's strength.
Unfortunately, her soul wasn't strong enough to properly wield that power. Even Kojou himself hadn't been able to at first. Without Avrora's help in absorbing the soul of the previous Fourth Primogenitor, his own spirit would have shattered.
That soul had in fact been a fragment of Lucifer's essence. As a result, Kojou now carried two shards of his original soul.
Saeko, however, had remained in their original world to continue leveling up by hunting zombies. She had nonetheless become his Blood Servant, so Kojou wasn't too worried. Her growing strength would aid her in controlling her fragment of Lucifer's soul. Even a speck of that shard—small as a grain of sand—granted unimaginable power. If she could absorb it fully, she might even reach the Monarch of Frost's level.
Fortunately for Saeko, her shard was tiny, making it feasible for her to absorb and control it in due time. Kojou himself had needed much longer to completely assimilate his own shard.
"Well then, we're finally home," Kojou said with a faint smile as they reached his apartment complex. He missed Asagi, Nagisa, and the others and was eager to see them again.
As for Yuriko and the others, he considered buying a new house—or perhaps purchasing the neighboring apartments—to provide them a proper place to live.
'I guess I'll need to ask Natsuki-chan for another favor,' Kojou thought with hesitation. He felt he owed her far too much already, relying heavily on her ever since becoming the Fourth Primogenitor. Though Natsuki never showed irritation at his dependence, Kojou couldn't help but feel guilty and wanted to repay her kindness somehow.
As these thoughts swirled in his mind, he stepped into the elevator with the others, pressed the button for his floor, and quietly ascended. Each of them was lost in their own thoughts as the elevator rose.
