"Did you remember The Blazing Banquet?" Natsuki asked with a raised eyebrow. "But even if you remembered The Blazing Banquet, you shouldn't be angry."
"That's true. Besides, I remembered what happened four years ago," Kojou nodded and spoke—"And now I know the condition Nagisa is in because of that despicable man. I want an explanation from him."
Kojou hid nothing. His regained memories weren't something he could conceal forever, nor did he want to hide them. As for Nagisa's condition, Kojou was certain Natsuki already knew—after all, she was aware he was The Fourth Primogenitor. He couldn't imagine a high-ranking attack mage like her wouldn't know about Nagisa's state.
"I see… This might not have a significant impact, but I'll say it anyway," Natsuki said seriously. "Akatsuki Gajou is already searching for a cure for your little sister."
"Is that so…?" Kojou nodded indifferently, clearly uninterested. His anger toward that irresponsible, despicable man had reached its limit. "By the way, can I start the exam?"
"Right. I got caught up in talking and forgot the main reason you came," Natsuki replied, gently waving her hand fan. The exam paper appeared on Kojou's desk out of nowhere. "Incidentally, this is your last chance to retake the exam—or you'll fail the subject this semester."
"I know," Kojou nodded, pulling out his pen and effortlessly answering the questions. After acquiring Language, English had become as easy as drinking water for him.
"…" Natsuki didn't speak. She stared intently at Kojou's serious face without blinking, her thoughts unreadable.

"What should I do now…?" Kojou muttered, walking aimlessly down the street. Though he wanted to see Asagi, she was busy with her part-time job, and he didn't want to disturb her.
"Right, I should check the money I got from Kazuma's world—I already converted it to yen at the guild building," Kojou mumbled, recalling the funds Kazuma helped him earn from slaying Giant Toads. It was a substantial amount after conversion—250,000 yen.
Though Kojou's family was wealthy (his father was a famous archaeologist, and his mother was the head of MAR's research division), Kojou himself didn't receive much money from them—just enough for basic necessities like clothes, transportation, and occasional meals out.
Joining the guild had been another positive outcome—aside from regaining his memories and increasing his strength. Not to mention, 1 GP was worth a million yen, a staggering sum. But the money from the Giant Toads was more than enough, so Kojou kept his points to buy equipment, abilities, and skills from the guild. That was far more important than cash. Despite having The Fourth Primogenitor's power, Kojou himself wasn't strong, and relying solely on Beast Vassals wasn't ideal—their destructive power was often excessive.
While walking, Kojou spotted an ATM near a small shop and hurried over to deposit the money into his account.
"This is amazing…" Kojou murmured, seeing his balance jump from 0 to 250k. He smiled happily. "Now I won't need to depend on my father for financial support."
"But should I quit my part-time job?" he muttered, stepping away from the shop. Since summer break began, he'd been working as a waiter at a family restaurant for extra cash. "Well, no need to quit immediately."
Kojou didn't have to worry much about his part-time job. He only worked three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) on the evening shift, so it wasn't a major concern.
Though he worked just 15 hours weekly, the pay was satisfying—1,500 yen per hour, a significant amount for him. That meant 7,500 yen per day (roughly $50 USD).
"Hmm…" As he walked, Kojou noticed an acquaintance lying unconscious, being carried by suspicious men toward a shady van. "A kidnapping… You bastards!!"
Seeing this, Kojou charged at the kidnappers with inhuman speed, using his full speed to intercept them before they could enter the van. Things would get annoying if they drove away.
"You bastards—get away from her!!" Kojou roared, punching the nearest man with full force.
CRASH!
The man's jaw shattered from Kojou's superhuman strength, teeth flying as he was launched several meters into the air before crashing violently to the ground—already unconscious.
"Who the hell are you, you damn brat?!" shouted another man holding the girl, glaring at Kojou in fury. "Red eyes and fangs… Are you a Vampire too?!"
Seeing Kojou's unmistakable Vampire traits, the man didn't hesitate—his features twisted into bestial traits, revealing him as a Beastman (specifically, a bull-type).
"A Beastman…" Kojou frowned at the bull-like features.
Bull-type Beastmen were known for their raw physical strength and durability, but they were nothing against Vampires—especially a Primogenitor, even an incomplete one.
"Die, you bastard!!" The Beastman dropped the girl and threw a full-power punch at Kojou.
"…" Kojou stared at the incoming fist, then backflipped to dodge. Without hesitation, he kicked off the alley walls, launching himself overhead to deliver a crushing aerial kick to the Beastman's skull.
BOOM!
The Beastman's face smashed into the pavement, bending the metal beneath him from the force. He was out cold.
"You…" Kojou turned to the last man, now trembling in fear. "Take your friends and disappear."
"Y-Yes, sir!!" The man didn't argue, scooping up his unconscious comrades and fleeing toward their getaway van.
"Seriously, Senpai… You're nothing but trouble," Kojou grumbled, picking up the peacefully sleeping girl and exiting the alley.
[A/N: I know this is a bit cliché, but I want to use these events to develop Kojou's cruelty. His anime personality was naively kind to the point of stupidity.]
