The first thing Max and Aaron needed was a slight makeover. Although members of large criminal organisations often wore lavish, expensive clothing, they wouldn't be joining the White Tigers at that level.
They needed to start at the bottom.
The White Tigers used street gangs, but there were also separate groups and departments controlled by each Cub. Max intended for them to join as foot soldiers under a Cub named Will.
He had founded the White Tigers alongside Will after meeting him in high school. They had continued together from there, although Will had never seemed particularly interested in rising further within the organisation.
As the group expanded and more Cubs joined, Max had grown more distant from him.
Unlike some of the others, Will had earned his position through strength. His group was one of the White Tigers' striking forces. Whenever something needed to be dealt with, they were among those called upon.
