In the airspace of the lab, Karen's Murkrow immediately dropped the fake bills in a random trash can and coughed up a camera that was set up for it by its master in its tongue. It's a camera half an inch bigger than a pinhole one; it's not that good when doing reconnaissance missions; however, in situations where public order needs to be maintained, and immediate reporting to the Prof. and assistance for her friend is of the essence, Karen finds such a camera appropriate. Without even a hitch, Murkrow perched the camera into the black strap in its chest and confirmed that there were no obstructions in the vision of the camera. Murkrow again flew up.
The camera is connected to the phone of Karen, who, rather casually, put the phone in front of her as she waited for the next match to happen. And immediately, her eyes widened as she saw the scene on top of the Medical Unit's floor: The ghost types of elite 4 Agatha being ganged upon by dark types, the infamous one of the only two weaknesses of Ghost types, while the mama and baby Kangaskhan of Hana are going against multiple Houndooms and other dark types.
While the Kangaskhans having the upper hand despite having to defend and attack against multiple opponents at once is a sight to see, the appearance of the greatest weakness of the main type of Elite 4 Agatha in a mission that's being hidden from any staff of the lab except for Prof. Oak implied one thing: The chain of communication of the Interpol might have been compromised. Now, Karen is also a part of this operation of saving the child of Hana and Ben, and of course, ensuring the safety of all the interns (since it seems like Team Rocket has anticipated a lot of things from the plan of the Interpol), thus she immediately put her index finger and thumb as she thought:
_Hana's goal is to just save her son... her service at these times will really be missed..._
Then, Karen blew hard, creating a sharp whistle that was heard in the whole field. This whistle made the panelists annoyed, one immediately tried to grab a mic to tell Karen to stop the whistling; however, the mic was immediately grabbed by Prof. Oak, that has his eyes constricted as if he had just seen something horrifying.
"THE TOURNAMENT IS CANCELLED! NO ONE WILL GO OUT OF THIS BATTLEFIELD, THE LAB IS RESPONDING TO AN EMERGENCY!"
At this moment, several flap of wings was heard from high in the sky, and gargantuan bird Pokemons immediately descended, which caused panic in the crowd. However, all that has some training as a trainer immediately put out their Pokemons to protect the whole battlefield and maintain order, which added to the force of Prof. Oak's own Pokémon: A Pidgeot and a Braviary. Karen also went and released all of her Pokemons.
"Calm down, everyone! Prof. Oak will be dealing with it immediately; all interns and parents will not leave here to be protected by the panelists and the other Associate Field Researchers."
After that, Karen immediately nodded towards Prof. Oak as she went towards the medical unit of the lab. In this operation, Karen was given the task to be the one to give the assault at the moment that Hana's son is unable to get out of the building. Furthermore, this operation always assumes that the child is unable to get out of the building and isn't experienced enough to deal with Team Rocket.
In short, Karen is tasked to take out Team Rocket no matter what.

In the lab of Prof. Oak, Agatha heard the sharp whistle of Karen, making her eyes freeze. In the briefing of Interpol, Agatha, Karen, and Prof. Oak, such a whistle will be sounded off by Karen if something unexpected happens in the battle, while Agatha is the main force, and Prof. Oak will protect all the civilians who are away but may get implicated in the potential fights.
As was said earlier, the whistle alarms that something has gone wrong with the operation, and in that operation, Agatha is the main force.
_They might all be in danger!_
Agatha gritted her teeth; the frozenness of her eyes vanished as their whites seemed to be completely dyed crimson red.

Inside the medical unit of the Kanto Region Pokémon lab, Anthony tumbled to the ground and bounced twice. His Pokemons looked at him with worry, and if not for the fact that they are trained enough to know that they have to fend off the Pokemons of the enemies for their master, they would have already jumped over to his side. While the two tillers don't have experience in fighting under pressure and with their master's safety on the stake, causing them to slowly fall back, this gave Anthony ample time to think.
After calming down and standing up, Anthony put Mimikyu that he had embraced to reduce the fall damage, and he is currently having faint breath because of pain in his two feet. He then sighed as he finally calmed down and assessed the situation whilst hearing the resonating sound of breaking bones and Pokémon roars outside the medical unit, confirming that rescue is already in the way, and he just has to get out of the building or at least hold out to be able to survive this ordeal.
Anthony, however, can't help but still think of the implications of the appearance of dark types in a rescue operation led by a Ghost-type trainer: Team Rocket has a double spy within the Interpol.
_This means changes in the internship program in the midst of the curriculum, and I have to be the example for it to be implemented, how troublesome... though, it's a good thing that it's an adult in soul like me that got trapped in here and not a child, or else this operation by Team Rocket will be successful._
Anthony believed being mature in terms of being able to independently do chemistry experiments and maintain the Pokemons in the lab, and being able to make use of two rookie Pokemons in a situation where they need to save themselves and have a high chance of being abducted and probably tortured for the information they knew are two different things.
At least now, just when the ceiling of the medical unit got destroyed by the Team Rocket grunts, amounting to 6 people, Anthony is already relatively calm. In fact, he has already thought of a plan, though he is still quite worried if it will succeed.
_No, mom will save me... thank you whoever let me have very strong parents... This way I can test if I'm really able to go against people of the same mental age as me..._
Anthony smirked a little as the fighting of Houndoom and Umbreon, and Miltank and Zubat stopped as the two Pokemons of Anthony panted whilst the two Dark types of Team Rocket circled around them, they are tired too, but not as tired as Miltank and Zubat. This made Anthony wince a little as Miltank just came back from being injured.
"Miiii!"
"Zuuu!"
Battle cries were heard, as if the two Pokemons of Anthony didn't want to yield, yet their eyes looked at Anthony, making Anthony look back at them. Of course, the Team Rocket grunts didn't care about this; they slowly raised their hand that had tasers in tow at the child as they looked at him with varying levels of mockery in their eyes.
They are grunts planted here for a sufficient amount of time in the medical unit, the only place they can freely observe the lab, as it's not required to publish academic research articles. By pulling information from a double spy in the communications unit of Interpol, Team Rocket is able to prepare against Agatha, though their Fighting types are currently too busy to hold off Karen, while Hana Dover is an unstoppable force and the most unknown variable in the operation.
The question mark on whether the stalling and assault on the Ghost Types of Agatha, the destruction of a secret base of Team Rocket nearest to the lab and the hot pursuit of the Interpol of the whole organization that was put in stake in this operation to kidnap the child of Hana and Ben Dover to know the real reason of Ben Dover's retirement is banked on how fast Hana will come to the scene.
And as they can hear, she was already destroying the blockade they made in the entrance. The grunts, of course, knew that they only had this moment to succeed, as they only had one escape route, the ceiling with several wire ropes and several Fearow that would fly them to an uninhabited island where one of the bases of Team Rocket is. They are already in standby somewhere near the lab to ensure that they can immediately escape.
Just as the grunt is about to simultaneously tase the boy in front of them, he suddenly raised his index finger and opened his mouth slowly. However, these grunts are already adults; how could they be fooled with such a cartoonish trick?
That's what they thought, at least, for a second they hesitated, or even for a split second, Anthony already shouted a command:
"BIDE AND ROLLOUT TO THE SINK!"
Miltank, who was already hinted that a command was coming its way from the eye contact, immediately curled itself and exploded with a red aura before hurtling itself to the sink. When Miltank hit the sink, it immediately got obliterated alongside the water pipe system inside the walls that the sink is connected to.
The red aura of Miltank has grown redder! The damage received by it is enough to load Bide!
This is something not expected by the Houndoom and Umbreon; this is because, unlike Miltank, they were not guided by a human and were just left to be strong for themselves. Subsequently, Miltank knew that rollout without Defense Curl against concrete surfaces that are hard enough can make Bide gain energy. This made the Houndoom and Umbreon, that already spew out Dark Pulses to divert their attacks too late, hitting Miltank and making the dust from the wall to be stirred up further while the red aura became even bigger.
The moment the Team Rocket grunts saw this, Anthony forced his rather placid face to produce a grin as he pulled out a black-colored object in front of the grunt: The tasing gun he had retrieved from the grunt that Zubat had incapacitated!
Anthony ignored the shocked expression of the grunts as he knelt down and targeted the pink-colored silhouette within the spewed-up dust that was just being stared at by dark types due to the danger of Bide's laser beam. The Pokemons that saw this immediately knew what was coming and immediately defended the trajectory of the taser gun.
This time, Anthony's grin became more pronounced, for suddenly, he let go of the taser and covered his ears and shouted: "SUPERSONIC!"
At that moment, all Team Rocket grunts as well as the two Pokemons forgot about Zubat that suddenly disappeared in their sight at some point in time, and the moment they realized it, it was already too late, Zubat's yellow-colored sound wave already resounded in the ears of the Team Rocket grunts and the Pokemons. The humans were immediately rendered unconscious, while the two Pokemons of Team Rocket were in a daze only for a moment, but that moment was already enough for Miltank to shoot the 'laser beam' of Bide at the two Pokemons.
With a loud explosion, another swatch of dust was agitated as the two Pokemons got blasted through a wall and were rendered unconscious.
Anthony sighed, feeling rather accomplished at being able to fend off an attack targeted at him for the first time in his second life as he slumped to the floor and saw that Mimikyu had already escaped somehow.
In the end, it does look like the grunt got outsmarted by a child.
Anthony's strategy is very simple, something that he has used in the tournament.
By using the seemingly hopeless situation of his as a way to make the enemy feel like their win is a guarantee, he used the fact that Miltank is more auspicious in the eyes of the enemy to conceal Zubat's slowly ascending height, which was helped further by Bide being a very eye-catching move, causing all eyes to unconsciously look at it. This non-verbal communication, as well as careful usage of a limited timeframe, is cultivated through a lot of training and was greatly helped by Anthony being already a middle-aged man mentally, making him able to successfully perform a deceit.
Anthony, after a while, stood up and restrained the grunt with the help of the slightly battered Miltank. He then used the pair of rubber gloves available in the room to put the taser guns together. This is so that the evidence that might be needed in the subsequent investigation won't be contaminated.
Just as he was finished doing all of these, he and his Pokemons finally heard the barricade at the doors give out.
"ANTHONYYYY I AM COMING TO SAVE YOUUUUU!"
Anthony's mother, Hana Dover, has arrived, albeit a little too late.
