Chapter 13 - To the third floor

He tried not to laugh, but couldn't help it, and said

"Hahaha, oh god, this is hilarious. At least it's the best thing that's happened since this Ridiculous labyrinth."

Then she got furious.

"Get out of here, you pervert!" [Nameless - Error]

She shouted. At that moment, it seemed both of their laws clashed, and Nava was instantly killed, returning back to reality.

He chuckled a little.

"On to the third floor."

"Certainly, my lord. But have not you chosen what you want to become?"

she asked with a gentle smile, sensing he had found a goal and a desire in life, though he didn't want to spell it out so that you—I mean you readers—wouldn't know just yet.

"Yes, I will be a Celestial. I think that suits me quite well, given my nature,"

Nava smiled.

Then a blue screen opened:

Level: 7

Abilities: All of the above, plus the ability to resist narrative manipulation, since the other self tends to manipulate the flow of events.

Katana: After analysis, the sword is revealed to be of a Mythical existential level. It can destroy the very concepts of spacetime and dimensions to completely annihilate a target.

Sword Level = Owner's Level

Title: The One on the Path of Nothingness

Celetia asked

"Well, my lord, I haven't heard your thoughts. Since you want to become a Celestial, what do you think of creatures like gods, humans, angels, and demons?"

Nava was surprised by the question, raised an eyebrow, then sighed and answered calmly as he walked

"Humans only live for a hundred years, but what's fascinating is the nature of their thinking. Some believe actions and achievements are what matter most. Others think calmness and awareness are the key. They believe they are capable of anything, even if they are limited. Their nature is a mix of arrogance, kindness, happiness, sadness, narcissism, calm, anger, enthusiasm, and nihilistic feelings."

"From my perspective on nature, and with my own description as a human, the journey is what defines a person because it brings out their true nature—whether they are brave and strong, or frightened and weak."

"Some people are arrogant, thinking they are the best just because their family loves them while they neglect others, like my brother and my family. [I think] I don't know much. Honestly, what matters to me is the goal and the journey."

"To see, to witness, and to do interesting and wonderful things."

"Even though I don't want to die, I wasn't really afraid of death, honestly. It felt as if it didn't matter, because the world is always ignorant, and very few ever truly realize the truth and Dreams in essence are meaningless.

Their purpose is painted by the backdrop of life.

Yet if that backdrop is emptiness,

then dreams are reduced to...

colorless, hollow shells.."

"As for death, it granted me the right path, which is important for me to return to life in another world, and to be what I want to be as a real and logical person. I will continue on my path and achieve my goal so that I will never regret it. Even if I die again—which is impossible considering what you mentioned—I cannot die unless my other self wants to kill me, and that would be an act that ends our existence together."

"To be logical, the world is a terrifying reality for people's illusions. Everything people see is nothing more than an extension of their imagination, and they will lie about the truth and what they see just to live in their illusions."

"This is Plato's description. After I gained knowledge, I began to find that man's words logical; the nature of the world according to him is nothing more than an extension of the world of ideas. But he was wrong when he said: 'Is the Creator one?' or what he calls 'The One'."

"I mean, logically, no such thing exists because it contradicts the existence of gods and stories. But what fascinates me and what I want to know is: who provided this person with information, and how did he know all these things? Did he find a god who told him, or did he possess strange knowledge? What can I say? The world has infinite possibilities, and that is truly what's interesting. But wait—logically, everything comes from a divine emanation, so his words are correct."

Nava said calmly as he effortlessly slaughtered the monsters that crossed his path.

"As for the rest? Angels are just bizarre beings. I mean, would you believe it? They are even crazier than demons, just as Al-Baseer described them in my previous world. And the gods are not as kind as humans perceive them to be."

"Let's start with the god of lightning and king of the gods, Zeus, who is simply a narcissist and arrogant. Ares is the god of war, a multi-personality entity who is evil and opposes Zeus. As for the rest, they follow Zeus without a word or defiance. I find it as if they are slaves to a trivial logic."

Celetia was surprised by her master's train of thought. She found it endearing that he was being so logical, but she wanted to ask

"Well, my lord, since you revealed some of your memories when you reached level 7, I am eager to know how you died."

Nava sighed once more at the question, which struck a sensitive nerve for him.

Nava let out a dry, humorless laugh.

"I was executed. I don't understand people. The ruler was petty; he found me annoying because I didn't agree with him, and I found his rule trivial. The funniest part is that my family and my brother were cheering and celebrating. That's truly how people are."

"Well? Let's head to the third floor. We've kept waiting long enough."
