Meeting Hall, Simte Academy, 10 months later.
"Dear colleagues, we have reached the end of the first academic year, which means our students are ready for their first practical assessment. This experience will involve each of them joining an office or workshop related to their studies, allowing them to immerse themselves in their future and observe, from a real-life perspective, the achievements they can achieve with the knowledge they have acquired", Chuta enthusiastically shared with those present in the hall.
Those in attendance were members of the academic board, a group made up of teachers from the first generation of students, who began their training when Chuta was barely two years old. Also present were several priests who, due to their closeness to Chuta, had explored a wide range of topics, and former members of the development office, under Chuta's direction. All of them brought with them a valuable wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge, stemming from their work and academic experiences.
"After this evaluation, our students will return to classes for their second and final years. In this phase, we will focus on specializing in specific subjects and developing technologies that require a long-term approach", Chuta continued, explaining to the board.
"However, not all students will have the freedom to choose their career paths. Those who achieve average results will be required to complete a five-year teaching stint in the new academies in the cities. On the other hand, students who achieve outstanding results will be able to choose to participate in the opportunities offered by the kingdom, or, on a mandatory basis, serve as teachers in the academies of their choice for two years before pursuing their chosen career", Chuta clarified, observing the reactions of those present.
"Young Chuta, what are these opportunities offered by the kingdom?", asked one of the former members of the development office.
"They are similar to what we did at the development office", Chuta replied, recognizing the man as one of his former collaborators. "For those who achieve exceptional results, we will have support programs for the establishment of companies, factories, workshops, private academies, or the development of offices related to the kingdom in the areas where they have excelled", Chuta explained.
Chuta shared a notable example of the impact of entrepreneurship in his kingdom: "The owner of the shipping company was one of the development team members who followed my advice on shipbuilding. Thanks to his knowledge of the river, he managed to establish the first fleet of high-tonnage boats plying the Suaza River. Currently, his company is one of the few that receives orders from the kingdom for the transport of timber, which brings him great financial benefits. I should also mention that I own a stake in the company, but the profits I receive are reinvested in the former 'Chuta Homes,' now known as the 'Royal Orphanage' and 'Home of Honor,' where orphaned children and grandparents in our kingdom are cared for", Chuta explained. His story was received with respect and admiration by those present, who were amazed by the story of a man who has become a prominent businessman in the kingdom.
The term "entrepreneur" began to be used when Chuta was just three years old, at a time when large cities were growing rapidly. This word was born from the project he promoted with his mother: the creation of restaurants under the name "El Hogar de Za." Chuta wanted to give a term that honored his mother for her initiative, so he decided to use "entrepreneur" to describe those who run a business.
A sculpture teacher, somewhat hesitant, asked: "Young Chuta, what will happen to people who study disciplines like Language and the Arts? It doesn't seem like they can generate a business from that knowledge."
"It's true that it can be difficult to envision a way to apply this knowledge, but we must be open-minded and trust that our culture will spark the interest of both our people and those who come from outside. And they will be there, ready to demonstrate to others the essence of our art and literature", Chuta responded, trying to show them the possibilities for future participation in these fields.
Chuta continued, "For example, a great painter could manage the historical records office, sell portraits to businessmen or settlement leaders, or even join expeditions to create paintings and maps. Similarly, someone studying text production could narrate the life of the High Priest and commercialize his story, generating significant income." His words sought to counter the skepticism reflected on the faces of those present.
Reactions among those present were mixed. Some expressed surprise at Chuta's wisdom and ability to find creative solutions, while others held their own reservations about the usefulness of certain less conventional studies. "Finally, I want to mention that an area will be built for practical workshops for second-year students. Also, I remind you that this new academic year will bring a new generation of students, who will have similar schedules to this year's, while the second-year students will have a different schedule. That is all for today. I hope you will monitor the students' progress and, by the end of the second year, we will have more teachers in this and other academies", Chuta concluded, dismissing everyone from this brief meeting.
In the afternoon, in Chuta's Mansion, Meeting Hall.
"Son of Heaven is that the list of assignments completed by the students?", asked the High Priest as he watched Chuta review several papers.
"Yes", Chuta replied. "It is amazing what people with such a high level of learning can accomplish", he explained as he continued flipping through the documents.
"It is all thanks to your guidance, Son of Heaven", the High Priest said in a gentle voice.
"Nothing like that, Simte. These people are natural geniuses; they just needed a little push and knowledge to develop great things", Chuta commented in amazement. Upqua
"Did all fields of study show progress?", Simte asked doubtfully.
"Unfortunately, not. There are some that didn't show progress, only optimizations", Chuta said, lamenting the fact that he couldn't provide them with more advanced materials for each field.
Despite his excellent memory and access to memories from his past life, Chuta couldn't acquire knowledge he hadn't seen even once. He wished he had a digital library like those of the future and could provide students with more advanced knowledge to improve their development and, in turn, that of the kingdom.
"However, the progress we've made this first year is very outstanding… Look", Chuta told him, handing him some sheets with the results of the progress.

"I don't understand almost anything on this list", Simte commented ruefully. "No need to worry. No one person can know all these things", Chuta consoled Simte.
"You are a Son of Heaven", he said reverently.
"Only because I was chosen by the Gods", Chuta said ironically. "If it weren't for my improved memory and the memories of my past life, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish almost any of this", Chuta reflected, grateful for the gift he had been given.
"The good thing is that in the coming years we will be able to find more of these geniuses", Chuta said, changing the subject.
"It's true, many healthy children are born in our village every year", Simte commented casually. "I hope I live to see your children", Simte told Chuta with a look of hope.
"Not again", Chuta lamented.

[A/N: CHAPTER COMPLETED
Hello everyone.
Thanks for reading another chapter.
Wow, it shows the progress each area of study has made at Simte Academy. While it may be a bit tedious to read, it will only be this time, and subsequent times will only be mentioned.
Unnecessary fact of the day: The Europeans who arrived were able to colonize large swathes of land in a short time due to their technological differences, but they also used dirty diplomatic tactics to separate the peoples who made up the kingdoms of that time.
Read my other novel called The Walking Dead: Vision of the Future.
