As an honorable and straightforward man, Kensei Muguruma was not one to harbor resentment, and he held no ill will towards Yusuke Uchiha for his defeat.
He acknowledged that numerous captains within the Gotei 13 possessed superior strength to his own, and in his estimation, Yusuke Uchiha, having vanquished him, undoubtedly ranked among the most powerful captains.
After exchanging a few words of mutual respect with Kensei Muguruma, Yusuke Uchiha escorted his opponent from the arena.

"Captain," Mashiro Kuna inquired, her voice tinged with a note of perplexity, "did you perhaps refrain from utilizing your full power? I have never before witnessed you engaging in combat with such evident restraint."
Shūhei Hisagi, his fists clenched tightly, echoed Mashiro Kuna's sentiments. "Indeed," he affirmed, his voice brimming with conviction. "That bespectacled individual was clearly no match for you, Captain. I am certain that you deliberately held back in order to facilitate his ascension to the esteemed rank of captain."
During previous encounters with Hollows, Shūhei Hisagi had witnessed Kensei Muguruma effortlessly cleave a Hollow of immense size into two with a single, decisive stroke of his Zanpakutō. This image remained indelibly etched in Shūhei Hisagi's memory, leading him to firmly believe that Kensei Muguruma possessed the most formidable combat prowess among all the captains of the Gotei 13.
In response to his subordinates' inquiries, Kensei Muguruma shook his head, a wry smile playing upon his lips. "The man's strength is truly unfathomable," he confessed. "To be perfectly frank, there are likely very few captains within the Gotei 13 who would possess the capacity to overcome him."
Despite his lack of familiarity with Yusuke Uchiha, Kensei Muguruma, in an unconscious effort to maintain his own standing, offered a rather generous assessment of his opponent's capabilities.
To disparage Yusuke Uchiha's abilities would, in Kensei Muguruma's estimation, only serve to diminish his own standing.
Upon hearing Kensei Muguruma's assessment, Mashiro Kuna and Shūhei Hisagi registered expressions of profound surprise, their respect for Yusuke Uchiha, who had earned such high praise from Kensei Muguruma, growing considerably.
Returning to the arena, Yusuke Uchiha, having decisively triumphed over Kensei Muguruma, a captain of considerable renown, had not only fulfilled but exceeded the expectations of the examination.
Captain-Commander Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni, his gait supported by a cane, made his way into the arena, his voice measured and deliberate as he addressed Yusuke Uchiha. "You have demonstrated your prowess by defeating Kensei Muguruma, captain of the 9th Division, and your strength has thus earned the recognition of the Gotei 13.
However, a prerequisite for attaining the rank of captain is the mastery of Bankai. Therefore, I request that you now demonstrate the full extent of your Bankai abilities."
Upon hearing Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni's request, Yusuke Uchiha inclined his head in acknowledgment, and the power of his Mangekyō Sharingan was subtly activated.

In comparison to the skeletal form of the Susanoo, whose body was composed entirely of bone, the fully realized Susanoo possessed a more robust physique, augmented by the addition of muscle and armor, resulting in a more imposing stature and a significantly enhanced spiritual pressure.
Upon witnessing this awe-inspiring and formidable black warrior, some of the more timid Shinigami present could not help but register expressions of fear.

The Shiba clan was one of the five prominent noble families of Soul Society (the others being the Kūkaku Shiba, Shihōin, and Kuchiki clans; the identity of the fifth clan remains undisclosed in the original work). Isshin Kurosaki was currently one of the most highly regarded young Shinigami within the Seireitei, enjoying the favor of the Captain-Commander and possessing a promising future.
In the not-too-distant future, Isshin Kurosaki would successfully master Bankai and assume the position of captain of the 10th Division.
Were Yusuke Uchiha to assume the captaincy of the 10th Division at this juncture, Isshin Kurosaki might well be appointed to the captaincy of the 6th Division upon mastering Bankai, thereby precluding Yusuke Uchiha from the opportunity to travel to the human world and encounter Masaki Kurosaki, ultimately leading to the birth of Ichigo Kurosaki.
Yusuke Uchiha harbored a keen interest in unraveling the secrets behind Ichigo Kurosaki's exceptional power.
If Isshin Kurosaki's journey to the human world was akin to the cicada in Aizen's intricate strategy, then Yusuke Uchiha aspired to be the hidden sparrowhawk, poised to seize upon an opportune moment to acquire one of Aizen's most prized experimental subjects—the Hollow White.

Ginjirō Shirogane, whose given name is Ginjirō Shirogane, was a middle-aged man with short, dark blonde hair and a perpetually amiable expression.
He operated a highly successful eyewear shop known as "Silver Dragonfly," and he also held the prestigious position of official sunglasses sponsor for the Seireitei Men's Shinigami Association.
As Yusuke Uchiha emerged from the inner chambers, attired in the Shihakusho and captain's haori, Ginjirō Shirogane greeted him with unbridled enthusiasm. "Captain Uchiha," he exclaimed, "I observe that you, too, are a wearer of spectacles!"
"Let me assure you," Ginjirō Shirogane continued, his voice brimming with confidence, "the eyewear available at my establishment is of unparalleled quality and style. Indeed, virtually every Shinigami within the Gotei 13 who dons spectacles is a patron of my shop."
"Only a couple of days ago, Lieutenant Aizen of the 5th Division graced my shop with his presence, acquiring an additional pair of spectacles for his personal collection. Furthermore, Lieutenant Tōsen of the 9th Division recently purchased a new pair of sunglasses from my establishment."
"And…"
Observing Ginjirō Shirogane's persistent sales pitch, which had now extended to approximately five minutes, Yusuke Uchiha responded with a polite yet firm smile and a concise word rejection. "No, thank you," he stated.
