"Each member of the Espada," Yusuke Uchiha continued, his voice measured and deliberate, "shall bear a responsibility analogous to that of a captain within the esteemed ranks of the Gotei 13. They will be charged with leading their respective subordinates and maintaining the unwavering rule of Las Noches, thereby ensuring that the entirety of Hueco Mundo is brought under the complete and absolute control of Las Noches."
Although the individuals present remained uncertain as to the rationale behind the selection of the appellation "Espada" for this newly formed elite unit, none dared to voice their queries.
"At present, Baraggan Louisenbairn and Harribel have already demonstrated the requisite qualifications to be inducted into the esteemed ranks of the Espada," Yusuke Uchiha announced, his voice firm and resolute.

Yusuke Uchiha nodded in acknowledgment. "I am aware of this," he responded.
This development was entirely anticipated by Yusuke Uchiha.
Hollows possessing the requisite spiritual pressure to qualify for Espada status were, without exception, dominant figures within their respective territories and would have little incentive to relinquish their autonomy and pledge allegiance to Las Noches.
