Emma's coffee cup shattered as her three-year-old grandson accidentally turned it into butterflies.
"Oops, Grandma Emma!" little Alex giggled, watching the colorful butterflies flutter around the kitchen. "I meant to make it into juice!"
"It's okay, sweetie," Emma laughed, gently catching the butterflies in her hands. With a soft glow of silver light, she transformed them back into her favorite mug, now filled with warm apple juice instead of coffee.
"Grandma, how do you always fix everything so easy?" asked Maya, Alex's twin sister, who was sitting at the table making her cereal dance in the air.
"Lots and lots of practice," Emma said, sitting down with them. "When I was your age, I used to accidentally turn things into all sorts of crazy stuff."
"Really?" Alex's eyes went wide. "Like what?"
"Well, I once turned my entire bedroom into a swimming pool full of jello."
Both children burst into laughter.
"That sounds fun!" Maya said. "Why didn't you keep it that way?"
