Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 Fried Chicken in the Face

"As usual, each person is limited to a maximum of three."

After greeting Zhao Lie, Finny started to open the business. Skye didn't bother to ask about what happened on campus before. Finny was responsible for making the food, and she was responsible for helping to collect money and pass the ingredients.

The Upper East Side of Manhattan can be said to be the home of the richest people in New York. The Stark Building that Finny saw before was also in this area.

So, even if he had sold the fried chicken roll at a sky-high price of ten dollars, the buyers didn't even frown, and there were even many who wanted to buy more.

"Hey, Finny, you see we have known each other for so long, give me two more."

A man in his thirties, dressed in a suit and leather shoes, looked at Finny who was making fried chicken rolls skillfully, and said with a smile on his face.

"Mr. Wright, you are a big boss, so you know integrity best."

Finney shrugged helplessly at first, then said, "And you see, there are only so many ingredients. You are the first one, and the people behind will definitely make requests. In the end, many people will not be able to buy them. What if they get angry and smash my small shop? You will never be able to eat them again."

  "Okay, okay, three is three."

Looking at the angry eyes of the people queuing behind him, the man named Wright smiled awkwardly, paid the money quickly and walked to the side, found a place to sit down, took a bite of the fried chicken roll that exuded a rich aroma, and showed an intoxicated expression on his face. Those who didn't know would probably think that Finney was selling fried chicken rolls. It was not

until it was completely dark that Finney sent all the customers away.

After re-hanging the "Irregular Business Hours" sign at the door, Finney returned to the store and began to pack up. Seeing Skye still happily counting money, he couldn't help but remind her with a smile: "Don't be too happy too soon, you can only take one tenth of this."

Skye's smile froze, and when she turned her head, she had become a pitiful and aggrieved look, wiping away non-existent tears, and said to Finney in a sweet voice: "I am your sister, and I have worked so hard for you, can you bear to let me take only one tenth!?"

  "Then one twenty?"

Finney replied in a stupid voice.

  "Humph!"

Skye's expression instantly returned to normal, glared at Finney fiercely, and then continued to count the money happily.

Although Finney always said that he would only give her one tenth, he never hesitated to give her money when she needed money, so this money was no different from all hers.

Seeing this, Finney just smiled, cleaned up the garbage, changed clothes, and walked to Skye, ready to tease her again.

At this moment, two people suddenly came into the store. Just as he turned around to say that the store was closed, Finney's eyes suddenly shrank and his heart couldn't help but tighten.

"Don't move, take out the money."

Skye, who was counting money, looked at this scene in a daze. After living for so many years, it was the first time that she was pointed at by a gun at such a close distance. She was a little flustered and hurriedly looked at Finney, and found that he gave her a reassuring look.

Finney didn't expect to encounter such a thing. This is the Upper East Side, where the rich and business elites gather. The gang factions are complicated. The gangsters generally know the rules and will not come here to cause trouble.

And the powerful killers would not look down on such a small store. Besides, his store is not in a good location, the business hours are not fixed, and it does not constitute a business competition with others.

Therefore, in the past two years, it is the first time that he has encountered a robbery in the store, or to be more precise, a troublemaker.

Finney raised his hand and did not act rashly. He quietly moved forward and said to the two masked robbers, "The money is here. Please don't hurt us."

"You, pack the money for me." One of the robbers said to Skye viciously, then pointed a gun at Finney and said fiercely, "Stand still and don't play tricks on me."

Seeing Finney nod and comforting his eyes, Skye took out a backpack with trembling hands and began to put money into it.

  "Hurry up!"

  The other robber urged impatiently.

Looking at the two people, Finney frowned and thought. If it was just him, he should have no problem subduing the two people with his ability, but now that Skye was around, he didn't want to take this risk.

Finney could see that these two people should be just street thugs, and it was even a question whether they were gangs, otherwise they would not think of robbing here, which was breaking the rules.

If it was just a loss of one day's turnover, Finney didn't care too much, and facing the gun, he was not 100% sure to subdue the other party.

But things often go against one's wishes.

Another robber who was guarding the door and watching for the wind, for some reason, looked back at Skye and said in a servile way: "Brother, this girl is so beautiful!"

Skye's face turned pale with fright, which made Finny frown even deeper.

"Shut up, go get the money, and get ready to leave!"

The robber who pointed a gun at Finny obviously didn't want to get involved, so he scolded him harshly and told him to get ready to leave.

  "Hey, okay!"

The man first let out a strange laugh and walked towards Skye's position, obviously with some ill intentions.

Finney took a deep breath and focused his eyes. It would have been fine if the two men had just robbed some money honestly, but they chose to die. Although he didn't want to be exposed, he couldn't accept that his relatives would be hurt.

In the past eight years, he has improved more than just the fried chicken rolls every day.

  "Now, look back."

When the man was about to walk past Yiran, the "Golden Great Evolution Technique" was activated, and the two robbers were controlled by this power and turned their heads back forcibly.

Move like a gust of wind.

The moment they turned around, Finney rushed towards the robber with a gun.

With some fighting skills learned online, he snatched the gun from the robber's hand and knocked him to the ground.

But before he could breathe a sigh of relief, when he looked back at the other robber, he found that his hand was unconsciously reaching for his arms.

  "He has a gun too!"

This thought flashed through Finney's mind, and then...

"We can't let him take out his gun."

The distance between the two was about three meters. Although the robber beside him fell to the ground, he had not been completely subdued. If he used the 'Golden Great Evolution Technique' to prevent him from taking out his gun, he might be strongly resisted by his will and might fail.

If he fired first, at such a close distance, although it was the first time, the chance of hitting was very high.

In a short moment, Finney made a decision in his mind. In order to ensure safety, he unconsciously used the most familiar skill while firing.

Three steaming Jinji fried chicken rolls appeared instantly and smeared on the face of the robber who was about to take out his gun.

In a hurry, 'Jinji fried chicken rolls' actually broke through and could summon three at a time, which was really gratifying.

  "Bang!"

The gunshot sounded, and to Finney's surprise, he didn't even hit the opponent at such a close distance. He aimed at the opponent's thigh, but the bullet went through the opponent's pants.

Fortunately, the gunshot startled the robber in front of him. After Jinji's fried chicken roll fell to the ground, he did not dare to take out the gun again.

"Don't move, I will shoot you if you move."

Seeing this, Finny immediately said in a deterrent manner. Perhaps because of the previous shot, the robber was a little scared and stood still obediently.

At this time, Finny hurriedly looked at the robber who had just fallen to the ground. He kicked him in the stomach first, making him unable to get up, and then shouted to Skye:

  "Skye, call the police!"

Everything happened too fast. The two robbers were subdued in the blink of an eye. Skye looked at everything in front of her stupidly. She hadn't reacted to what happened

until Finny called her and took out her mobile phone to call the police.

"Brother, brother, we are wrong, don't call the police."

Hearing that Finny was going to call the police, the robber panicked and begged for mercy. Finny, who was going to ignore him, suddenly paused when he saw the fried chicken roll on the ground.

  "Skye, wait a minute."

Skye was about to dial the number when he was about to dial it. However, after looking at Finny who was frowning and thinking, he put the phone down obediently.

Seeing that Finny really agreed, they were both a little surprised, but they immediately looked grateful: "Thank you, thank you!"

Finny now regretted unconsciously using Jinji fried chicken roll to smear the other person's face. If the police came, it would be troublesome to check the surveillance in the store.

As for silencing him, Finny didn't even think about it. It would be better to hand it over to the police station.
