The Will of the Planet, lacking self awareness, did not resist.
It simply continued its duty, maintaining the balance of the world.
To Bai Yue, this golden sun was the system that controlled the world.
It regulated the seasons, dictated life and death, and controlled the laws of nature.
It was the true foundation of reality.
In the past, the Divine Realm had manipulated it, using their central control system to alter the rules of the world.
They had warped nature itself, enforcing the soul beast spirit ring system a rule that was never natural to begin with.
The Divine Realm had meddled too much.
Now, Bai Yue was here to rewrite everything.
To erase the flaws of humanity.
To purge the corruption of the world.
And to do so, he would control the very will of the planet itself.
Bai Yue slowly reached out his hand toward the core.
The moment his fingertips touched it, an immense heat burned his skin.
He immediately withdrew, his once pristine hand now charred black.
Even as a Peak God King, the core's heat was still too much for him.
He frowned, then summoned the Ten Directions Universal Tower, the Creation Artifact left behind by his foster father.
The divine light of the artifact surrounded him, forming a protective aura.
This time, when Bai Yue reached out
The core did not resist.
His hand touched the very heart of the planet.
At that moment, Bai Yue had gained access to the control system of the world itself.
