Chapter 3 - Ravenwood Manor

As Sabine pulled me out of my dorm room, I felt a sense of trepidation wash over me. Who was this woman, and where was she taking me ?

I tried to pull my hand free, but Sabine's grip was like a vice. She smiled at me, her eyes glinting with amusement.

"Don't worry, Emily," she said. "I'm not going to hurt you. I'm here to help you."

I raised an eyebrow, skeptical. "Help me? How?Sabine chuckled, a low, throaty sound. "All in good time," she said. "First, we need to get out of here."

She pulled me down the hallway, her long black hair streaming behind her. We reached the stairs, and Sabine pushed me gently but firmly down the steps.

As we emerged into the cool night air, I saw a sleek black car waiting by the curb. Sabine opened the door and pushed me inside.

"Where are we going?" I demanded, trying to keep my voice steady.

Sabine smiled again, her eyes glinting with secrets. "You'll see," she said. "Just relax, Emily. You're in good hands."

I scowled, feeling a surge of frustration. Who was this woman, and why was she being so mysterious?

As the car pulled away from the curb, I caught a glimpse of the campus receding into the distance. I felt a pang of unease, wondering where I was being taken and what lay ahead.

The car drove through the streets, the city lights blurring together outside the window. I tried to ask Sabine questions, but she just smiled and told me to be patient.

After what felt like an eternity, the car finally pulled up to a large, imposing mansion on the outskirts of town. Sabine opened the door and pulled me out, her grip still firm on my arm.

"Welcome to Ravenwood Manor," she said, her voice dripping with drama. "You're going to be staying here for a while.

I stared up at the mansion, feeling a sense of awe and trepidation. What was going on? And why was I being brought to this place?

As Sabine pulled me towards the front door, I caught a glimpse of a figure standing in the shadows. Tall, dark, and handsome, with piercing blue eyes that seemed to bore into my soul.

Luca.

My heart skipped a beat as our eyes met, and I felt a jolt of electricity run through my body.

What was Luca doing here? And what did he have to do with Sabine and Ravenwood Manor?

Sabine pushed me inside, and I found myself in a grand foyer, surrounded by opulent furnishings and artwork. Luca stepped forward, his eyes never leaving mine.

"Welcome, Emily," he said, his voice low and husky. "I'm glad you're here."

I felt a shiver run down my spine as he approached me. What was going on? And what did Luca want from me?

Sabine smiled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "I'll leave you two alone," she said. "You have a lot to discuss.

And with that, she turned and disappeared, leaving me alone with Luca.

I felt a sense of trepidation wash over me. What was I getting myself into? And what secrets was Luca hiding?

But as I looked into his piercing blue eyes, I felt a sense of excitement and anticipation. I was ready to uncover the secrets of Ravenwood Manor, and to discover the truth about Luca.

"Let's talk," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.

Luca smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I'd love to," he said.

And with that, he took my hand, leading me deeper into the mysteries of Ravenwood Manor.
