Raigor advanced into the Eternal Battlefield, a timeless place, bathed in golden light and crimson shadow. Here it all began: the first war between Lucifer and Michael, the battle that had unleashed the conflict between angels and demons.
The ruins of the collapsed heavens mingled with the ashes of the underworld, and every step he took made echoes of past battles resound. The power of the Golden Lion burned in his body, but he felt that here strength was not enough. Here the fate of souls was decided.
It was then that the two beings appeared.
The Angel and the Demon – The Test of Choice
An angel with wings of pure light descended before him. His voice was calm, almost hypnotic.
"Raigor, son of the Lion. You have borne the burden of the past, but now you must choose. Veran must awaken in the name of justice. Give us the shards and we will bring him back as a champion of Heaven."
From the shadows emerged a towering demon with fiery eyes.
"No, warrior. Your companion has suffered. He has died too many times. Give us the shards, and we will bring him back with a power that no one can break!"
Raigor looked at them both. Two offers. Two choices.
But he would choose neither.
"You think I am here to serve your eternal game? You are mistaken."
He took up a battle stance.
"I will not entrust Veran to Heaven or Hell. I will bring him back with my own strength!"
The Battle Against Good and Evil
The angel drew his sword of light.
The demon unleashed hellish fire.
Raigor roared, and the power of the Golden Lion exploded from him. The battlefield turned into a vortex of energy.
Every blow of the angel sought to purify him.
Every flame of the demon sought to consume him.
But Raigor was a warrior, not a pawn in their game.
With one devastating blow, he struck them both down. Neither light nor darkness could stop him.
And in that moment, the truth was revealed to him.
The Ferryman and Limbo
A portal opened before him. From the darkness emerged a figure wrapped in a black cloak, a long scythe in his hands.
The Ferryman.
"You have proven that you belong neither in Heaven nor Hell, Raigor." His voice was emotionless. "You have the fragments of your companion's soul. Now, you must take them to Limbo. Only there, you can reunite them and awaken him."
Raigor nodded. He had won. But his mission was not over yet.
He crossed the portal, with Veran's fragments in his hands. Now, the real test began.
