Chapter 286 - chapter 86

Hamar squinted his eyes and stopped swinging his stick, thinking to himself making sure to keep his thoughts private, "Ban, I won't let your help go without use. You sacrificed your life to tell me...I'll get the ones behind Yi Sect from Zhou Tian to...THEM."

As he had been talking to himself, he focused back into reality as he sensed a pressure build up inside his Inner True World.

He merely used thoughts and 'gave permission' for his Master to exit his inner world. He had been 'given permission' by Hou but the Inner True World was a creation of both of their consciousness and Master needed both of their permissions to enter.

Mo Huai appeared instantly before Hamar, "We have two days left now, I'll bring you to the main front. You're on par with me, not in pure strength, but in special abilities; and in accordance with that strength, you'll be apart of the main force dealing with the Yi Sect higher ups."

Hamar nodded, "Yes Master!"

He held out his hand and a steady stream of miasma flowed into the air and formed a door. The door filled up and shimmered, turning into a new location.

"A teleportation ring?" Hamar questioned, realising the similarity the technique had to the teleportation rings around the Nine Clouds Sect and beyond.

"It taps into the same network, miasma as a law is perfect for infiltration and feeding off others work."

"You make yourself out to be harmful, I'm sure you'll be more useful in this upcoming fight than I." Hamar shook his head.

Mo Huai simply smiled and took a step into the teleportation ring, as his body crossed the threshold he spoke quietly, "You didn't tell me about Hou..."

Before Hamar could comprehend what he said and formulate a response, he stepped through the portal. He huffed and pinched the bridge of his nose, "Master..." And walked through the portal himself.

Hamar walked through the threshold and with a quick flash of white light, the environment changed from a luscious forest into a busy camp within some barren rocky mountains.

He fell to the ground, as the portal had been elevated a few feet off the ground, and looked around a perimeter. He initially became overloaded as a barrage of views and senses. He saw many people he could vaguely recognize but most of what he saw was completely new to himself.

Races of people's in the Nine Cloud Sect he had not had the chance to interact with, techniques ranging from fascinating lights to explosive power. At the same time, he felt something...familiar to his recent 'strengths'.

He could feel the huge 'causal weight' the entire armies of the major Sect's had formed. When they moved, they shifted the entire causality of this world. If they won or if they lose...it would ensure a huge shift within the world purely from the standpoint of an administrative position of a 'god'.

He shook his head and ignored that mental pressure, narrowing his vision while looking for his Master.

In the outskirts of the section of barracks Mo Huai had left Hamar, he stood atop a tent without as much as a disturbance if the air.

This was possible, as with most of his techniques, due to his miasma. Miasma to some was not something you could see, to mortals it was a supposed force of nature.

And so using that impression of miasma he had formed with extensive comprehension, he could use an expression of miasma which allowed him to remain undetectable.

As he watched Hamar look on curiously at the views, he formed a cloud of miasma next to him (still hidden by his other impression.). This was an extremely hard thing to do, not to use a new impression to have both effects you need but using multiple impression at once.

"Sect Leader, send the will I'll send to Jin. And tell Qi Lan to prepare for reserve plan D."

On the other end, the Sect Leader of the Nine Clouds Sect had transformed into his peak form. The sect leader was in a state of converging forms, in preparation for this war he had transformed into his peak age gaining peak strength.

"Are you sure? I'll need to either convince the other Sect Leaders about it or deal with Qi Lan's dissapearance myself. Is it worth it?"

"I can't explain I, and if I did, you wouldn't understand. Don't worry about anything like that, I'll replace her power myself. Tell her to trust me."

The Sect Leader leant on the table in front of him and sighed, speaking to the cloud of miasma beside him, "Considering you were the one who got us all this information...I'll trust you. Is that all?"

Mo Huai smiled and sent the will package he had been given by Hou for Jin. The will package should allow Jin to inherit Hou's magic inheritance. He tutted and 'cut' the connection between himself and the sect leader. On the other side, the miasma cloud the sect leader had been talking to exploded into a mist which caused the sect leader to sneeze.

He squeezed his fist and held himself back, "If I could find you easily...you wouldn't be so cocky." He sighed and tapped his foot into the ground. He felt his temple, "This will package?"

Swiping at the air, he pushed his hand through space and sent through a wyrm of wills containing his orders and Hou's package before he pulled his hand back out.

***

Qi Lan had been sitting cross-legged in a tower at the centre of the major Sect's coalition when she sensed a disturbance and opened one of her eyes.

A hand reached out from space and a wyrm formed of wills entered her forehead, to which she did not reject.

The hand had retracted and she, again, closed her eyes. She was a formation master, the foremost expert in the entire world. Due to this she was in charge of the major formation which supported and connected all other battle formations and support formations.

She pulled her right hand upwards and the formation which had connected the entire forces of the major Sect's turned, Jin who had become her disciple in the time that Hamar was away instantly transported into the room Qi Lan was.

"Jin'er, take this." She flicked her forehead and caused the will package to enter Jin's consciousness. "It's from Uncle Mo Huai, take it here."

Jin had a naturally pale complexion and jet black hair, though when she used the will package her cheeks turned red with some life.

Her eyes slowly began to open wider and wider as more of Hou's magic inheritance entered into Jin. Then the white dragon which had accompanied her for many years, given by the original Hou, formed in the air.

It spun around her body and grew large enough that it swallowed her from the top and exploded into light!
