Chapter 224 - chapter 24

"Master?"

Hamar had just introduced Jin to all of his friends and quasi-family in the city and just went back to his house. It wasn't anything grand or important, just a small hut.

"Just coming by, I didn't have time to ask too much and letters don't do justice...how was your journey so far?"

Hamar smiled and sat down, "Really good, aura-wise I've been through multiple breakthroughs. I've now got white aura,"

He held out his hand and shot out white aura, "And otherwise, it's been interesting. I've met with many people, and got help by Night Sky and all that. I've begun to understand the world a little better."

"That's good to hear, good to hear." Mo Huai sighed a moment and dropped. "I actually have another question, can you tell me what happened with Yi Sect?"

Hamar beard this and he balled his hands into fists, "I would..." He took a deep breath before standing up, "I really would like to..."

Hamar paced around the room as he thought about his situation. He wanted to explain it but he could only explain it by explaining the world as fake but he knew...

The world would censored it. He might acknowledge it. He might say he understands. He might do all of these things, but because of the worlds restrictions he would simply not act on any of it in the long term.

He bit his lip and tried to explain, "I can't say exactly what it is but..." As he thought what he was going to say, he had a thought.

He recalled that moment he used his golden aura against the man from Yi Sect. He recalled how he suppressed everything around him, causing it all to become still.

"Perhaps..."

Mo Huai became confused, "Can you say?"

"Maybe...let's...let's try something." Hamar closed his eyes and spoke quietly, "Just don't be surprised or ask what it is, I barely know"

"Wh-" before Mo Huai could question, it started.

Hamar had recovered partially and had enough golden aura to last a moment, using his intuition he could guess he would have just enough time to say what he needed.

He used the golden energy by itself, with no aura to dilute it. Using that energy, he suppressed the world around him.

In a sphere around Hamar, his golden royal authority pushed down on the world, his crown materialised. Every word he spoke strained him as his authority weakened,

"This world is fake, and they want to destroy it, I reject!"

And as soon as he finished saying what he needed, his golden energy retracted. Hamar fell to the ground and coughed up blood.

Mo Huai sat there and squinted his eyes, "I know this...yet I don't...well...I didn't, but I did"

Hamar looked up and theorised, "Did Hou tell him at some point and because of the temporary suppression of the world censorship, it jogged his memories back"

Mo Huai looked up with a serious expression, "So you're telling me XXXXXXX? What! Why can I not XXXXX?!"

Hamar felt the world shake and deduced that the continued censorship must've caused the world to reject them, much like his tribulations.

Hamar sent out a blast of aura to his master, he knew he was strong enough where it wouldn't do anything but it could serve as a warning.

He carefully stood up and spoke vaguely, "This is why I said it would be hard to say...trust me"

Mo Huai looked deadly serious and noting the air cutting his skin, he nodded. Then he sent out a blast of his own laws which would supress the mini tribulation.

"I trust you, I won't ask too much like you say. But if you find out more, or a way to tell others easily, please tell me."

Hamar nodded, "I will. And also...I want to join back in with the efforts to find Hou."

Mo Huai thought for a moment before concluding, "I...will allow it. Since Yi Sect has interest in you, it would best to protect you somehow. But...you are too weak for now. Allow me to send you a trusted person, a direct disciple of another Elder?"

"Thank you, Master"

"Do I have to?" A young woman with long pink hair moaned to an older woman in front of her.

"My disciple, Elder Purple Miasma, asked for help. I'm sure you can suck it up and help his disciple now. You're like cousin disciples, just think of it as your duty."

"I heard he's below 10th hardening!"

"And what have I told you, hardening is not the best all, end all. It is useful but there are many scenarios where it does not matter. Especially with this boy, you'll see."

"How can he be anything special that such a huge gap in hardening between us doesn't matter?! It'll be like babysitting!"

The older woman stopped for a moment and slapped the girl on the back of the head lightly. "Stop complaining, just try it out. If you really start to hate it, I can substitute for someone else."

"Hmph!"

The two elegant fairies walked side by side through a mist and as they did the world distorted. They stepped further and instantly, the mist appeared someplace else and the two stepped out of that new mist.

"Well at least tell me what I'll be doing?"

"What you'll be doing? You'll just be doing whatever that disciple wants, protect him as he learns and grows. You don't need to protect him too much but if he really needs your help...help."

"Ughh" the girl looked up with placid eyes.

"Don't sigh too much, you might be more interested once you see them. They're quite...special, you know?"

"Special?" Before the girl could get an answer her mouth stopped moving as she blacked out and went to sleep.

"Noisy disciples, am I right?...Mo Huai?"

From a dark corner, Mo Haui stepped out, "She does seem like a handful, you say she likes swordsmanship? I'm sure she'll like my disciple."
