As Yan Hu was pushed away by Hamar's aura blast, Bi Xiao finished her preparations and shouted,
"I'm ready!"
Yan Hu twisted in the air and slid on his feet flying backwards. He then looked up towards Bi Xiao and nodded. Then they started their combination final move.
Hou noticed the atmosphere and dropped the needles he had trapped and focused on Bi Xiao. He sat down, he would be safe from Mei Du for a second, he figured if she had flying she would've used; since she did not and he pushed her off a cliff he was safe.
He was sat in a cross-legged position and focused downwards, he needed to properly focus on his impressions of the sun. He was going to use an external cultivation technique.
He opened one eye and saw the wind surrounding Bi Xiao. He spoke to Yue,
"Can you use some Flowing Divine Script to make sure my attack goes through the wind?"
"I can, you focus on manipulating the laws for your attack, I'll take the body and use Flowing Divine Script."
Hou nodded and relinquished his control over the body, leaving Yue in control. While Yue was in control he used sword laws like Hou hand used to carve a script below where he sat. This would amplify fire laws by gathering wind laws.
In theory wind laws can be compatible with fire laws, fire needs air to grow stronger. Therefore, by gathering the wind laws with resonance, the fire should be strengthened while lessening Bi Xiao's and defence.
While Yue was creating this script, Hou was in his quasi-Nascent Soul and moving the sun laws inside the Celestial Law Amplifying Physique. Working to create a final move which would destroy the combination move by crippling Bi Xiao.
At the same time, Mei Du fell through the air and twisted her body and landed. When she saw Hou sat down, she decided to deal with him later. If he was sorting out a big move, it would give her time.
She saw Yan Hu fighting Hamar and Lan Qiang. While Hamar slashed and stabbed with his sword, Lan Qiang would stay back and do one thrust attack when an opening is created.
Mei Du saw this and decided to take advantage of this cycle. Yan Hu was distracted by preparing for the combination move and so Mei Du grabbed needles and stabbed herself.
Then she pulled them out and threw them out at exact moments. As Hamar hit Yan Hu, Lan Qiang moved forward, and in that moment his defences lowered. Mei Du took advantage of this and released needles full of her poisonous blood.
They pierced through Lan Qiang's body and paralysed himself. Mid thrust, he stopped and his spear dropped. Then slowly, he tilted and fell to the ground completely paralysed.
Yan Hu saw this and nodded towards Mei Du and then moved forward. He launched his gauntlet off his fist into Hamar's face. It was propelled by a thruster of fire. Then as Hamar blocked it with his sword, Yan Hu used his other gauntlet and tried to punch Hamar in the guts.
However, Hamar was a swordman, he had aura. As Yan Hu attacked him, Hamar smiled and mobiles aura. He exploded aura at his guts. This pushed Yan Hu back but that was not all.
As Yan Hu flew through the air, Hamar materialised physical aura behind Yan Hu. He was pushed straight into he wall of aura. Then as he coughed out blood, Hamar sung his sword and completely disabled the gauntlet flying at him.
While Yan Hu was injured, Hamar swung his sword and aimed for his neck. Yan Hu's life flashed through his eyes and they bulged as he accepted his death. But just as Hamar's sword was to make contact, he stopped.
"I win"
Yan Hu fell to the ground and let out a breath of air. Then he started to laugh,
"You win indeed, Hei Feng." Yan Hu stood up and then cracked his neck before using a technique which caused his voice to amplify,
"I lose, everyone stop. No need to continue and waste your laws."
Instantly, Bi Xiao spun and her wind barrier dissipated and she gracefully fell to the ground. Mei Du appeared hidden in some bushes. Hou heard this and regained his control over his body. He looked down and saw the Flowing Divine Script,
"This can't stay" he combined sword and strength laws, body cultivating them into his legs.
He stomped on the Flowing Divine Script, fading the ground to crack and turn into a ravine, shaking the mountain.
He then jumped of fthe cliff and landed near Lan Qiang who was still paralysed.
"I'll just sort this first" Hou talked to the group about Lan Qiang.
He had healing laws in his quasi-Nascent Soul and while he didn't understand how it worked yet, he knew it should be able to do something. He closed his eyes and focused on his quasi-Nascent Soul then he imagined moving into Lan Qiang then he pulsate this very soul, the soul infused with healing.
Then, Lan Qiang sat up. The paralysis poison was completely healed and Hou smiled,
'the quasi-Nascent Soul combines the laws completely assimilating them. That means I need to manipulate the whole soul to use laws, not just the laws.'
Lan Qiang stood up and stretched his body, then he patted Hou on the shoulder,
"Hu Li, you are a surprise. Like you said, you really are a jack of all trades. You even have healing methods?"
Hou shrugged then the two groups conglomerated. First, it was Yan Hu who spoke,
"All I have to say is congratulations. Really, congratulations. I know I stopped the battle after just me losing but without all of us, we wouldn't win."
Lan Qiang was the quasi representative of the trio and so spoke,
"It's really fine, we won't complain about winning. This was a great experience, your teamwork is something to be envied. We only won through brute strength, that is not too honourable."
"Don't say that, you were as honourable as us. This was a great experience to me too. I knew I was weak but I thought teamwork alone could solve this, but now I realise. Teamwork can help but without that pure strength it can't surpass a certain level of strength"
