After the party, the general attitude towards Felix in the pack was… more or less the same. Nothing had changed, at least not right away.
Well, it was to be expected. After all, the 'fact' that Felix was the mother of Kade's firstborn pup had already spread in the pack over the past days, and so did the rumors that the Alpha was affectionate toward him. Everyone had known what the party had been for almost from the moment the preparations had started, so all that the event itself had achieved was confirming all the rumors, that's all. It didn't cause any dramatic shift in the pack's dynamics.
And Felix was glad it didn't. It would be annoying if the pack members started flocking to him, regardless of whether their intentions were good or not. Yes, he might have needed allies, but… He needed peace and quiet even more! So, when no one really came to bother him much, he was happy with that.
