"Detected host's magic level has reached Level 9. Host has officially entered the ranks of Great Wizard and has the opportunity to step into legend."
"Mission instance 'Crimes of Grindelwald' automatically generated."
"Mission Objective: Survive for one hour. (In 1927, Grindelwald gave a captivating speech at a rally. Please confront him.)"
"Hint: For the first instance, the host will participate in their physical body. Please be careful, as death will be irreversible."
"Upon completion of the mission objective, 'Crimes of Grindelwald' will become a permanent instance. The host will have one chance to challenge it daily. For permanent instances, the host will enter in an astral form, and there will be no penalty for failure."
"In 10 seconds, the host will be forcibly teleported."
"10!"
"9!"
"8!"
…"
"2!"
"1!"
The familiar orange vortex reappeared, and this time, Tom, prepared, elegantly stepped into it.
Stepping out of the vortex again, Tom appeared outside the rally grounds at Père Lachaise Cemetery and saw Newt Scamander and Tina Goldstein, who had just entered the cemetery. Evidently, Grindelwald's speech had not yet begun, and the countdown had already started.
"Hmm, this instance is a bit different. So, I just need to listen to Grindelwald's speech for about half an hour, then watch him use fire to test loyalty, and finally, before he leaves, step forward and interact with Grindelwald to complete the mission and return? The system is surprisingly kind."
"But this is too boring. As expected, I need to find some fun."
As if sensing something, a slight smile appeared on Tom's lips.
With an Apparition, he suddenly appeared behind Theseus Scamander.
"Are the actors already waiting so early? But why are you alone now? Have your Aurors not met up with you yet?"
The voice that suddenly appeared by his ear startled Theseus Scamander, who immediately tried to pull out his wand to attack.
"Imperio!"
After confirming that Theseus Scamander was under the Imperio, Tom whispered some instructions to him and then quickly entered the cemetery.
52 minutes left.
Two minutes after Tom entered the cemetery, he stumbled upon the melodramatic family drama starring Leta Lestrange, Yusuf Kama, and Credence Barebone.
Tom saw that this drama would continue for some time, and important audience members like Newt Scamander, Tina Goldstein, and Jacob Kowalski, who would highlight his performance, were wasting time here instead of entering early. So, he couldn't help but step out from around the corner.
"Expelliarmus!"
After disarming Yusuf Kama of the wand he kept poking with, Tom slowly spoke under the wary gazes of everyone present.
"Excuse me, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tom Riddle. It's a pleasure to meet you all."
Seeing Yusuf Kama try to pick up his wand to retaliate, Tom immediately sent him a Binding Charm and a Tongue-Tying Curse.
"Stay still, now. From now on, I speak, and you listen. Don't try any tricks."
Perhaps Tom's aura was too strong; although the people present were confused about where this obviously very young Wizard came from, they all chose to remain silent, wanting to hear what he had to say first.
"Mr. Yusuf Kama, you and your father made an Unbreakable Vow to kill Corvus Lestrange's most beloved person, but young Corvus Lestrange was already personally killed by his sister, Ms. Leta Lestrange, on the ship to New York."
"As for that one over there."
Tom pointed at Credence Barebone and said.
"Credence Barebone, or rather, Aurelius Dumbledore, Albus Dumbledore's nephew, Albus Dumbledore's nephew."
"If you're looking for relatives, go to Hogwarts to find your uncle, or the Hog's Head Bar in Hogsmeade to find your father. Oh, and a side note: your family doesn't know of your existence. For specifics, please ask your father."
"So, Mr. Yusuf Kama, you've been looking for the wrong person from the start, and your target for revenge is already dead."
"That's how it is. Over."
After Tom blurted out their entangled grievances and affections, the sudden bombshell left the group dazed.
Leta Lestrange, as the leading actress, fell into regret, recalling the scene of her brother's death that day.
Yusuf Kama found it difficult to accept the outcome for a moment, and Tom didn't waste words, directly telling Leta Lestrange to show her family tree.
Upon seeing the evidence, Yusuf Kama, finally convinced, felt a sense of confusion after losing his revenge target.
Credence Barebone, suddenly learning of his long-sought identity, first stood dazed and at a loss.
Then, his first thought was to quickly pull Nagini and prepare to rush to Britain to find his family. He couldn't stay here for another moment.
As for Grindelwald, sorry, not familiar.
Seeing them preparing to leave, Tom suddenly called out to the two, or rather, Nagini. After carefully observing her for a while, Tom spoke with a smile: "Wait, Nagini, you're prettier in human form. Take care on your journey, we'll meet again."
With that, Tom turned and entered the venue, leaving Nagini with a bewildered expression.
45 minutes left. Five minutes to resolve the melodramatic family drama and, incidentally, keep Credence away from Grindelwald. Excellent!
Stepping inside, looking at the dense crowd of Saints fanatically devoted to Grindelwald, Tom once again inwardly disdained a certain nose-less Tom.
'Look at this grand scale; a certain nose-less bald man is simply pathetic. After so many years, I wonder if Voldemort has been working hard. Grindelwald swept across Europa, yet you, a Dark Lord, were still engaged in village brawls until your death. You're truly disgracing Tom Riddle.'
'Once I leave this instance, I really want to do something like this in my own time.'
'Should I gather the Death Eaters? No, what do Voldemort's infamous Death Eaters have to do with me, Tom Riddle?'
'Or gather the STARGAZER? No, that's just a legitimate after-school study group. I am not the third Dark Lord!'
'It's all Voldemort's fault for leaving me no reputable legacy to inherit now.'
While inwardly grumbling about Lord Voldemort, Tom saw Newt Scamander, Tina Goldstein, and Jacob Kowalski finally enter the audience area.
Since the audience was in place, Tom's performance would begin.
40 minutes left, plenty of time.
Tom quietly cast the Imperio on a few Saints members in front of him, whispered instructions into their ears, and then stepped down from the high platform, descending the stairs. Under the strange gazes of the Saints present, he walked step by step towards the center of the venue.
