[AN: Sorry for the late update. This was re-written for how many times. And because of that all my advance drafts became useless. Why? Because I kind of made the main character a consultant when that wasn't supposed to be the focus. The focus was to search his other half. Anyways, here we are. Enjoy. ]

Inside Fury's office
Nick Fury
Before Fury decided to visit Andrew, he had a conversation with Steve, Natasha, and Hill.
It didn't take long before his subordinates located the source of Cap's unease.
An orphaned rich kid who, parties all night until yesterday where he met the captain and easily recognized the latter's identity.
They saw how the kid put on sunglasses and used a cylindrical object out of nowhere, flashed captain with it and left. Leaving captain who wore a very unusual expressionless face.
They last located the 'prophet' go back home yesterday and today arranged a sudden meeting with a famous surgeon at metro general hospital, Dr. Stephen Strange.
They monitored the conversations and just like the Doctor.
What they got was nothing but strange.
Steve wanted to visit the guy tomorrow and was supported by Fury even suggesting a squad with him but Steve refused saying it wasn't an operation but a simple visit and talk.
Fury however, has other ideas and had a team along with Natasha visit the guy as early as tonight which brings us to the current situation.
Andrew inside his room with Fury.
While outside his mansion, a team was ready to strike at any moment the Hill who was on the comms gives the signal.
"What do you want?" Andrew asked as he stared at Fury.
"I think you already know what I want. Your last conversation was really strange." That got him.
'These bastards!'
They were monitoring him!
"And what was strange about it?" Andrew asked clearly on edge and mad.
Fury could easily tell. No need to use his spy skills since Andrew was an open book.
"Don't let time run out while you still have it, because you can never turn back time."
"Don't you find this advice strange? Like something is about to happen? Like a war or something?"
Listening to him, Andrew was starting to really get angry.
'Since that's your play' Andrew thought as he looked over at the darker corner of his room and smiled.
"Are you planning to stay in the dark all night, miss Natalie?"
Fury just raised an eyebrow at the sudden dodge.
Soon footsteps were heard as Natasha walked out and looked at him.
"Natasha Romanoff, that's my name." She immediately clarified.
"So, Natalie was a fake name?"
"Just one of the many names I use." She casually replied.
"Fake it is. So, what does a director and his top Agent want with me this evening?" He asked quite smugly.
"You're just making this way harder for us to not arrest you. Anything else you'd like us to know?" Fury looked at him seriously this time.
"None at the moment. Unless." Andrew looked at Natasha who suddenly felt this guy was up to no good.
"Unless what?"
"Unless you give her a day off and let me date her for one day." Fury stared at him clearly more seriously as if asking.
"And why would I even go on a date with someone like you?"
"For information, of course. However, I will be laying some ground rules."
"How about I make you a better offer, Mr. Anderson."
"Go ahead, Mr. Fury." Andrew mockingly answered which didn't even stressed Fury. Obviously, he felt short when it comes to this kind of games.
"How about I don't arrest you and force you to spill out your secrets then you just simply tell us everything you know and we will leave you alone."
Andrew, naïve and new to this as he was, stopped and started thinking for a moment.
'I don't know if he's telling the truth or not, however, SHIELD is Hydra. So, even if he promised to leave me alone, I don't think Hydra will. What should I do?'
'Dating Natasha was just a way I thought of so I can still contact them if ever Hydra comes after me. Unless, I become part of the band. But, that's a whole lot of trouble. I'd rather be finding myself a woman to settle down with than be part of all this trouble.'
'Had I known this was the result of talking to Steve, I wouldn't have done what I did. I'll push the first plan then.' Andrew finished thinking and look back at Fury who obviously identified his expression.
"So? What conclusion did you reach?" Fury smirked.
"The conclusion I reached are a lot. For one, if you start to arrest me, which you won't succeed, we will enemies instead of allies. Two, I am insisting on that date where no bugs or lies are allowed."
"The results would be: she gets to walk away with more information, you get to have an additional ally and I get to live away from all of the troubles clearly coming your way."
"Don't try me, Mr. Anderson. You're clearly underestimating what I can do. You are potentially threatening the world with war and you can be very well damn sure I will do everything I can just so you will spill out every secrets you have." Fury blurted out in front of Andrew who was thankful no spit came flying at him. His easily readable and innocent expression twitched Fury's eyebrows.
'Motherfucker! I'm gonna kill this guy!'
Confused. Andrew answered.
"I'm sorry what? I am confused on the part where you said I am threatening you? Clearly you're twisting the information I gracefully handed to you." Andrew now even more pissed doesn't even need to tell it to them.
"I change my mind. Get the hell out of my house or I will turn you both into insects and stomp you to death.!" Andrew shouted at the top of his lungs while pointing out of his house.
Natasha in reflex pulled out his gun and pointed it to him. Andrew bearing the point of the gun didn't raised his hand in surrender and instead glared at her.
"Stand down, Romanoff." Fury calmly ordered to salvage the situation which prompted her to lower the gun.
What they currently have on the guy wasn't enough and his demeanor which was easily readable clearly states that he wasn't lying. He just 'might' really be able to turn them into insects. And his gut is telling him that testing that will give a very shocking experience.
"How about we consider that date?" Fury tried to persuade him. This immediately made an impact as Andew smiled at this.
"Now were talking." Andrew got to his chair and sat down, eager for this outcome. It was a spur of the moment decision but he wasn't one to say no to this. Who knows? Whether he and Natasha clicked, at least he tried.
"This concerns you so sit down." Fury, glad that the person he's dealing with is quite easy to deal with ordered Natasha.
"I didn't even agree to it yet." Still, Natasha sat down on Andrew's bed. While Fury still stood near the window.
"Oh, you're right. Go ahead and think about it." Andrew said.
"Fine, I'll go."
"Great! Fury, just so we're clear. No bugs or any listening devices. This is a real date. Got it?" Andrew made which Fury just nodded in response.
"Okay! Now, tell me what you need to know so that it won't come up on the date." Both Fury and Natasha sighed in relief.
"Before that, why don't you surrender the device you used to the captain yesterday then we can start." Fury tried to fish out.
"How about I don't say anything about the cat during Carol's visit and you start asking?" And once more Andrews smug face was smiling like an idiot.
"Fine." Fury could only say which surprised Natasha and Hill who was listening through the comms. While the team outside waiting for a command from the latter were unable to hear anything.
"I'm sorry what?" Natasha asked in confusion.
"Did you just agree to him because of a cat?" Hill clarified.
"I will ignore that question. And I will not hear it again, am I clear?" Fury answered seriously for both his subordinates who were even more interested and looked at Andrew.
"Now then, what do you mean that there's a war coming."
Safely managing to get this far, Andrew first sighed in relief as he felt a weight on his shoulders lighten. Once he was calm, he started sharing information based on his knowledge of the future.
"Before I say something, I need to confirm things from you first. It's just to make sure I tell you the correct information."
"What is it?"
"Did Tony Stark already create a new element?" This was not yet public knowledge but those in the work already knows so Fury simply nodded. Andrew asked another one.
"Did Dr. Banner already visit Culver University and Harlem with his brown friend?" Fury nodded again but he already has a bad feeling about this.
"Did Thor and his hammer already visit New Mexico?" This time Natasha replied.
"Yes. Where are you going with this?"
"Focus, Romanoff. Now, is the Hawk currently on duty watching Dr. Serlvig and the space stone?"
"What space stone?" Fury asked.
"Oh right, I mean the cube, or what you people call the 'Tesseract'."
"You know a lot. And I'm itching to lock you up right now to know more but. Since we made a deal, albeit verbally, I'll let this slide, for now. But don't be too full of yourself."
"Thanks, I guess?"
"Anyway, since everything is checked, I will tell you what you need to know. Do you remember my little prophecy?"
"Yes. And we have already deciphered it. What we want to know right now is about the war and what do you mean that this is just part of something bigger?" Natasha answered and asked.
"Which one would you like to know first? The war? Or the bigger thing?"
"Start with the war." Fury said.
"Good thinking. The bigger one won't come until years later anyway so."
"Did you guys know Thor's brother?"
"What is his connection with the war?"
"He's the leader or rather the commander of the enemy forces."
"We know that Loki was the one who controlled the destroyer that day in New Mexico. But after Thor returned to Asgard, we haven't heard from him since." Natasha answered.
"That's because the Bifrost was destroyed."
"Bifrost? I heard Coulson said that it was Jane Foster's research?" Fury asked.
"Yes, it is a teleportation bridge which the Asgardians uses to travel the nine realms. If left long enough on one of the realms, it has the potential to destroy that world."
"Why is it destroyed." Fury asked.
"Well, Loki wanted to use it to destroy Jotunheim, the home of frost giants, to claim himself a hero of Asgard by the destroying the world of its enemy. Thor was late and had no choice but to destroy the bridge so he can stop Jotunheim's destruction." Fury, Natasha and Hill (who was also listening) were all wearing a very serious expression right now.
Knowing that Earth can be easily destroyed by an advanced alien civilization doesn't sit right with Fury. He could only comfort himself with the fact that this weapon, their mode of transport or teleportation bridge is destroyed. He would need to ask Andrew if it can be rebuilt or fix?
"After that, Loki let himself be thrown into the void with his family thinking he was dead."
"Let me guess, he's not."
"Correct. Right now, Loki is tasked to get the space stone, open a crack in the sky so his minions can invade earth. And if you ask me? Right now, we're not ready for such a war."
"Although the Chitauri is the weakest army known throughout the cosmos. Their numbers however are something that Earth cannot face."
"How is it the weakest yet we cannot win?" Fury asked, holding back
"The Chitauri has a weakness. It has a hive mind. If we destroy its brain, all of its foot soldiers will die immediately."
"I am sensing a but here." Natasha commented.
"But its brain will probably be in space when they attack, we don't have anyone who can easily navigate there unless, you call her." He looked at Fury who eyes his pager on his waist. But Fury shook his head.
"Negative. Based on what you said we already know Loki's target. All we got to do is prepare for him and prevent him from getting his hands on Barton and the Space stone. Then we capture him."
"You make it sound so easy. But if that's what you're going to do and you come back to me and ask for more. I'd be telling you, 'I told you so'."
"And with that, I've given you all the information you need. You can exit my house now."
"Wait, hold on." Natasha voiced out.
"You said Loki was tasked?"
"Yes."
"By who?"
"Are you sure you want to ask me that question?"
"Yes."
"Okay. So-" before Andrew can start, he was cut off by Fury.
"Say that again Hill? Did you just say Loki stole the Tesseract?" Fury asked loudly unable to believe what he himself just said. Andrew was also shocked to hear that. He was just telling them and it was supposed to happen in two months. Why did it happen now? Was it a butterfly effect?
"Yes director. It happened minutes earlier after you left the base. Only one personnel survived that's why the report came late. Also, Barton and Selvig, along with 6 other agents were compromised. The first part of his 'advice', 'prophecy' or whatever has been fulfilled sir." Maria Hill responded through the comms for Fury's ears only.
Hearing her mentioned the last part turns Fury's attention to the second part. "So, now that the first one is done, it's time for 'The heir to the throne descends for justice' part."
"Who is the heir to the throne and which throne?" Fury immediately asked the one who gave the 'advice' for clarification.
"Asgard is the throne. Thor is the 'current' heir."
"Any idea when is this going to happen?"
"Honestly?"
"Loki's arrival should've happened at least 2 months from now, not tonight." Fury, Natasha and Hill were surprised. This man knows future events and exactly when they were going to happen. But somehow, the future changed? Why?
Andrew could feel it in his bones this was the consequence of spoiling certain information. And if it was? Well, nothing really, he was just on the verge of revealing a certain mad titan's identity!
If he did and no one interrupted him. Would Thanos be knocking instead of Loki? Just the thought of it made Andrew shudder in fear. While it's true he's got some fighting chance now with everything inside his inventory.
It certainly won't be enough to handle Thanos's army. However, Earth still has the bald one and the one-eyed king protecting it. But, he won't be jinxing himself. Who knows, maybe Thanos will changed his mind the moment he spilled the beans.
"As much as I want to give you more information. It's clearly backfiring. I need to know the catalyst. If it was because of tonight's conversation and not because of the advice I've given."
"And how do you plan to do that? Do you have something that might help us at the moment? Something that won't happen earlier than you predicted?" Fury asked, totally on edge now. Barton was compromised and the 'Tesseract' was stolen.
"Just one."
"We're listening." Natasha urged.
"Stuttgart, Germany. Bring the Captain and Ironman there. Search about a party event that's going to happen within the month or 2 months from now. You should also recruit Dr. Banners now. Figure out the rest."
"You didn't provide us information or prophecy but you've given us something without compromising any information." Natasha commented.
"Yes, now go away. I need to sleep."
"You will not be sleeping until we get the Tesseract back."
"But-"
"No buts, let's go. You can sleep on the way."
And so, Andrew was still taken by SHIELD to the Helicarrier where they will probably fish out more information from him.
