Natasha Romanoff AKA Black Widow

It was supposed to be an easy infiltration and reconnaissance.

Get in and ask the guy questions gently while pointing a gun at him.

But the butler just had to enter the room at a crucial moment.

From there, things just blew out of proportion.

Andrew Anderson, an orphaned rich kid, somehow floated in the air while magical-looking parts of an armor attached themselves one by one to his body.

That was the signal that she shouldn't have poked a nest prematurely. Somehow, by some kind of twisted fate, she made 2 mistakes today. Bumping into him inside the Café, and infiltrating his room just because he looked harmless.

One, there was no way she should've bumped into him; she was trained, for her reflex to fail him at that moment was questionable.

And two, there was no way she would infiltrate without fully checking the target's security details. If there were routine checks, if there were alarms, if there were CCTV cameras, everything that any normal spy would do.

She's been analyzing her actions as she carefully rides her bike to one of her safe houses.

Unbeknownst to her, the subject of her thoughts was silently following her in the air.

.

.

.

Andrew Anderson

-_-

Was Andrew's expression after getting inside his latest reward, Arthur Weasley's Car.

The car looked like any normal vehicle with normal controls and buttons, except there was an additional lever for two functions of the car.

One function was to fly with that same word written on the upper part lever, and the other function was to turn invisible, also written but on the lower part of the same lever, which, by the way, also silences the noise of the car.

Either Ron doesn't know how to drive a car, or he doesn't like reading instructions at all, or he simply doesn't know how to drive much.

Anyway, locating and catching up on Natasha while in the air, while invisible, was 'somehow' a walk in the park for him.

Andrew, still on armor, quickly summoned the Neuralyzer and put on the Ray-ban Sunglasses while dispelling the helmet.

As soon as Natasha got off her bike, she heard a whistling sound in the air.

She looked up only to catch a flash and she immediately just had that same expression most normally have when flashed with the Neuralyzer. An empty expression, open to suggestions due to her memory being erased.

Andrew landed gracefully and unsummoned the armor, leaving only the sunglasses and Neuralyzer.

He slowly walked up to her and suggested.

"You were just about to take off the bug you put on me and destroy any data connected to it." It was a guess but at this point of time, he is extremely paranoid.

Natasha complied like a mindless machine and took out the bug she carefully placed on Andrew. Andrew was surprised since he wasn't expecting it at all, his suggestion was only because he was going nuts for his safety.

Afterwards, he flashed the Neuralyzer once more and spoke.

"You have never met me. You don't have any information about me. I wasn't here. You were just on your way."

Natasha nodded and went to her safe house like it was any normal day, not registering Andrew's presence.

In her mind? She was simply still on vacation and never encountered Andrew.

With his situation resolved and Natasha already inside her safe house, Andrew summoned the Ford Anglia and left while thinking of ways to defend himself from SHIELD. Fully convinced that they know what he did to the captain today.

On his way home, he heard the system's notification, and a panel appeared prompting him to stop the car for a moment.

[Fateful encounter with Natasha Romanoff: 3/3]

[Remaining Fateful encounter: 1/2]

Massaging his temples with his fingers from the revelation, Andrew couldn't help but question how his chance encounter had become that dangerous.

Either way, she's unable to give him children because of her condition so why was she chosen, Andrew wondered.

"System, can I assign the person I'm going to have a fateful encounter with next time?"

"...…."

He was answered by silence for a few minutes until his system rang another notification.

[Hidden Task Completed!]

[Erase Natasha's Memory!

Task Rating: 7/10

Lalatina Ford Dustiness AKA Darkness is asking:

"Why haven't you suggested that she become your servant or plaything?"

Still, an extra reward was added.

Set of Lucy Heartfilia:

Key of Virgo, Key of Nikora, Key of Pyxis

Added reward: Template of Lucy Heartfilia – The Celestial Spirit Wizard of Fairytail.

-_-

'I don't think Darkness would ask me something like that'

'Still, the system provided me with a servant.

Maybe not everybody but, a lot of people know Virgo from Fairytail.'

He set that thought aside and checked the details of the reward.

[Details:

Key of Virgo: The key to summon Virgo, "The Maiden". Virgo sports a black and white maid outfit, with chained shackles around her wrists. She has the ability to dig holes underground.

Key of Nikora: The Key to summon Nikora, "The Canis Minor". Nikoras come in various colors and patterns, they have no obvious combat abilities and are usually kept as pet for low-powered mages. They are short, stout creatures having stubby tails, have pairs of bland black eyes and their bodies often shake nervously.

The most distinctive feature it has is the large blackish-gray compass on its head. Phyxis has the ability to tell directional references.

Template of Lucy Heartfilia: Integrate to gain Lucy Heartfilia's magic, experience, and knowledge connected to the 3 Keys you have obtained. Nothing more, nothing less.]

Andrew continues his ride home and thinks of what to do now that SHIELD is unto him.

The next day, in a humble apartment.

Steve is worried.

Upon waking up today, he remembers something.

Some advice.

To whom did it came from? He doesn't know.

However, it somehow felt like a prophecy.

And he remembers it so clearly.

The words were:

"When the legacy of frost subdues the Hawk,

The heir to the throne descends for justice,

When the angry child is unleashed,

The son of Coul rests,

When the sky opens,

The war will begin,

Yet all of this is just the start of something bigger."

No matter how many times Steve tries to analyze it, he just doesn't understand what it all means.

Left with no choice, he called Fury for help.

.

.

.

.

A few hours later

The Triskelion

Inside Fury's office

Steve just finished explaining his dilemma to Fury, who's currently accompanied by Agent Hill, right by his side.

After listening to the captain, Fury asked.

"And you're sure, you don't remember who said this to you or where or when?"

Steven shook his head.

"I personally know two of the people mentioned in this advice or prophecy you just shared."

"And they are part of SHIELD's best Agents."

"What are your orders, sir?" Agent Hill immediately asked.

"Have our people look into every footage of the captain ever since we let him out last year and search every person who may have had a conversation with him or anyone looking his way suspiciously or not. I want all of their details, where and when they were born, and what they have done until now. Also, have our men prepare themselves for any possible emergency deployment, and I mean for any and 'all' possible battle. Make it clear that we are on high alert, but not enough for a war just yet."

"Right away, sir." Agent Hill answered and immediately asked Steve.

"Captain, can you tell us where you've been these past few weeks to give us a clue?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Then please follow me for now."

.

.

.

Meanwhile, in a different place

A certain redhead was oblivious to everything that happened the other day and was enjoying her time off without any mission for her to complete.

But her phone cut off her good time as it rang.

"I thought I was on vacation?"

"And you can continue that after we find a certain prophet. You'll know more once you're back."

"I'll be there, Sir."

The communication cut off and Natasha immediately prepared. Not knowing that she had already encountered Fury's source of the problem.

Anderson Mansion

Last night, Andrew was shocked to know that his workers except Joseph left him. It seems what happened that night scared them off. Any sense of loyalty to him or his dead parents isn't as important as their lives.

Left with only Joseph as an assistant. He arranged for Joseph to hire Matt Murdock as a personal attorney should SHIELD decide to use the law against him. The lawyer hasn't responded yet though.

But Andrew himself was thinking of something else last night.

What will he do when SHIELD eventually knocks on his door?

His parents don't really have any connections with the government which he can use. And if there was?

Well, SHIELD isn't exactly something he can push away with it, especially the snakes living in it.

When it really came to it and he's pushed into a corner, his only leverage is his future knowledge and rewards he got from the system.

His other option was to take advantage of his system.

Acquire something big or OP that SHIELD won't be able to touch him.

And the ones he can currently have an encounter with would be:

Tony Stark, but he doesn't have any idea how to meet the guy. Stephen Strange, would it be considered if the hero was still an ordinary surgeon? Peter Parker, probably still child, so, unsure same as number two. Possibly Ancient One or Daniel Drumm, hoping they won't banish him. Matt Murdock, the lawyer he hired in case SHIELD does something to arrest him.

Andrew crossed out Tony from the list and decided to try Strange. If it doesn't work then, Peter probably won't work as well. Then he would go straight to Matt last. Ancient One and Daniel Drumm were both crossed out of the list.

His reasoning?

He doesn't want the possible burden should the possibility of him to join them arise.

He was here to find someone to marry, then settle down quietly.

Not act as a hero or guardian, just because he can or that he has the power.

What was it again?

With great power, comes great responsibility.

Although his TrollHunter template is technically a hero template, he just doesn't want the drama that comes with it.

.

Metro-General Hospital

Stephen Strange

Andrew easily arranged a formal meeting with the surgeon. It wouldn't have been easy if money wasn't involved just to have a conversation with him.

He was working until late last night and ended the night with a perfect, successful surgery.

Today, however, he was called to have a conversation with a certain someone willing to pay for the time consumed according to his work, doubled.

He wasn't one to shy away from free cash, so he agreed.

Waiting patiently inside his office, he heard a knock on his door.

"Come in."

What greeted him when the door opened was a man in his late 20s, alone.

The man introduced himself.

"Hello, doctor. My name is Andrew Anderson." The man offered his hand, and he shook it upon hearing him.

"Dr. Stephen Strange, how can I help you, Mr. Anderson?" he asked and sat back down without offering the same to his guest. But the guest calmly smiled and sat himself.

"I am here for two things. A strange question and some advice. Both of which you can simply ignore once I am done. Either way, you will be paid for the trouble."

"You've got me interested. So, what's the question?"

"Would you do anything to save her, anything at all?"

"Who?"

"It doesn't matter, just answer with a yes, no, or choose to ignore."

"Then I'll ignore it. That was a very-" his sentence was cut off and he saw the man smile.

"Strange question?" the man finished for him.

"The only reason why I'm not forcing you to go out yet is because you're paying. So, what's the advice?"

The man smiled again and calmly spoke.

"We only really realize how important something is once it's gone. So, my advice is this. Don't let time run out while you still have it, because you can never turn back time."

The man stood up once he said the last part and started walking out of his office.

Strange just sat there quietly.

Strangely enough, he was contemplating the strange question and advice of the man.

Why?

He knows who the man is.

He's just another lower version of Tony Stark. He's a rich kid whose parents passed away, so the only notable things happening in his life are night parties, debaucheries, or any in that category.

The fact that he visited him for something as simple as a conversation with payment was already strange. When he asked the question and gave the 'advice' was even stranger.

[Encountered Dr. Stephen Strange AKA Dr. Strange

Interaction Rating: 9/10; Megumin approves and only slightly unsatisfied.

An Additional Reward was provided!

Rewards: Set of Lion: Mana Drain skill book, Hex skill book, Finger of Death skill book

Additional Rewards:

Template of Level 6 Lion – The demon witch who went to hell and back for his vengeance.

Mana Drain - channels physical energy, taking the mana (or any form of energy) from enemies over time. The 'mana' taken is automatically converted as the user's own, or can be targeted towards allies and given to them instead.

Hex – transforms the enemy into a harmless beast (a frog, cricket or worm etc.), disabling all abilities, special or not.

Finger of Death – By pointing the user's index finger, a malefic force in the color of red-orange energy rips an enemy, trying to turn them inside-out. The skill grows stronger with each life it consumes.

Template of Level 6 Lion – A special template that grants the user, upon integration, Lion's stats. Which will enable the user to perform the skill books rewarded.

"All hell's broken loose, and I hold the pieces." – Lion, the demon witch.]

"So, it's a hero character from Dota, or was it warcraft?"

Looking at the rewards he received, Andrew was already happy enough that his strategy worked. But this? Seeing that he received something more useful than Ron's broken wand or uniform? He was elated with joy.

Now he was contemplating how to approach the young Peter, who was still 2 years old. His parents were no longer around, so was Ben, his uncle.

It was only Peter and his aunt May right now.

With something in mind already made up, Andrew wanted to call Joseph to arrange something for him. He plans to visit them after lunch. But another notification stopped him just as he was about to call Joseph.

[Early encounter detected!]

[It has been detected that the hero Dr. Strange has not yet transformed into his destined role!]

[The system will no longer recognize future early encounters where a hero has yet to become who they were meant to be!]

[Your encounter with the hero Dr. Strange has been reset!]

[You are allowed to keep some of the rewards as compensation!]

[Please Choose 2 of the following rewards:

Mana Drain skill book Hex skill book Finger of Death skill book Template of Level 6 Lion!]

"...…."

"All that trouble, and the system just takes it back." Andrew sighed.

'At least it was sensitive enough to compensate me and reset the encounter. At least now I still have a chance to encounter him again and still receive rewards. Probably under different circumstances.'

With his plans in shambles, Andrew chose his rewards.

[You have chosen: Finger of Death Skill book and Hex Skill book!]

[You do not have mana to perform these skills!]

[The additional reward has been recalibrated!]

[You have received: Template of Level 2 Lion!]

[Finger of Death Skill book has been replaced with Mana Drain skill book due to its level requirement: level 6!]

"Why make me choose if you're going to decide in the first place!" Andrew shouted as his ride took him to Hell's Kitchen. Specifically, the blind lawyer's firm.

Now that he thought about it, was Nelson and Murdock already a thing in 2012?

Yes, it was.

But Daredevil wasn't around yet.

'Shit!'

With that thought his destination turned to the nearest coffee shop.

After ordering his usual, Andrew was now staring at the 3 cards he received.

[Mana Drain skill book, Hex skill book, Template of Level 2 Lion]

[Integrate?]

"Integrate."

.

.

.

After a day of arranging his safety from SHIELD in failure, Andrew went back to his bedroom to rest.

As soon as he closed his door, a familiar voice called him out.

"Seems like you've been busy. Let me guess, is it to save your sorry ass if we decided to arrest you?" A bald black guy in a trench coat was standing near, facing his window. The man turned around, and he was greeted by a Samuel L. Jackson look-alike wearing sunglasses.

"And who are you?" faking his expression as much as he could.

"Nick Fury, Director of SHIELD. You're a bad actor."

'Shit! I hate spies.' was Andrew's thought when Fury said that.
