Those who were able to survive till then,received supernatural abilities,the royal families of each empire had the power to control and harness power diectly from the divine beast in their kingdom,civilization flipped over,because of the famous story running around that tower's had treasures and rare/exotic stuff,it persusaded a lot of people to challenge the tower.
On the first floor of the tower,50 goblins resided there,many challenged it,thinking that with the power's they gained it will be easy to eliminate a bunch of goblins.
But they were all proven wrong,each party which challenged the tower was massacred,it was later then discovered that there was a goblin shaman which will appear after you had eradicated the 50 common goblins,it will perform a chant and revive all the dead goblins into undead.This was what made the floor challenging.
A group of seasoned hunter's known as "Predators",took it upon themselves to also challenge the tower,they conquered the first floor and the reward's were astonishing;armor,wepons,skill books,gold and the best one of all a 'resurrection stone'.As the first to clear the 1st floor in the tower,their achievement was spread worldwide.

With the outbreak of this new's many people's headed to the tower to clear it,to also obtain these reward's as well,each empire even sent half their royal knights to participate,even though they also cleared it and refceived the reward's they didn't obtain the resurrection stone and there was no announcement,thinking that it might be because they were already cleared,they went ahead and cleared all floor's till they reached the 10th floor,upon clearing the 10th floor,there was finally an announcement and they achieved even greater reward's.
