The elders of House Maddach had finally arrived at the theater, all of them seated in their designated areas.
Above their seats were only a few larger ones, meant for the Baron, the Calculor, his Knight, Wife, and General.
But their seats were still large and comfortable, so were the other Maddach family members who had already arrived at the place.
"Do we even have to be here?" Thorne complained. "Everybody knows what the result is going to be."
Varcon beside him raised his eyebrow, "Aren't you the traditionalist? What happened to that?"
"As if Liam deserves the respect of the tradition." Thorne replied.
Varcon nodded hearing that.
Whispers around the theater got only louder as more of the Maddach family members started arriving.
Even distant noble relatives started arriving.
Nearly all of them talking only about their lives, going about small talk.
To them, the result was clear and had already been set.

A loud high-pitched bell rang across the entire theater.
