Second chapter 73
Selene stole a glance at Nikolas as he took a spoonful of the shrimp fried rice she had ordered, into his mouth; one of her favorite Chinese dishes of all time.
After Nikolas had hugged her,pleading with her to stay. The anger that she had been feeling had immediately melted away just by hearing the need in his voice.
Few minutes later,the food she had ordered arrived at the doorstep. But then Nikolas had told her he hadn't tasted Chinese shrimp fried rice before, so she pushed him to take a bite and now he was stuffing himself full of it.
Even though she had ordered plenty of other dishes, she still insisted they try one just to prove her hype wasn't for nothing.
And from slow satisfied moan that slipped from his lips told her everything; he fancied the dish just as much as she did.
But the sound did something else to her body. Something she was definitely not ready to admit, not even to herself.
