Elias wasn't angry or anything. He wasn't even hurt. He just pretended to be shocked as he asked the hostess a few more questions, before thanking her and walking away with his face full of disbelief and devastation. All just to put on a show, of course.
After all, he had no reason to be. He and Axel weren't dating. Even this dinner technically wasn't a date, but just Axel trying to repay him for the other night. And while Ollie was indeed a child they had together, Axel wasn't even aware of it, since Elias was hiding his true identity. Not that it would change anything if it didn't, since having a child with him didn't mean that he couldn't go on dates with other people when they weren't even together.
So, no, Axel was not 'cheating' on him.
