"You say what I think happened like I was not here to witness it myself." Julio said to him with amusement in his eyes.
He could already understand that the detective was rather wary of him and suspected him but he sure as hell was not prepared to give him that benefit of doubt that he was seeking. He worried about just one thing and that alone was where his entire mind was at.
"Fine. What happened then?" Detective Kelly demanded. He clearly was already frustrated by everything that's happening right now.
"Thank you. It's just as they said. I went upstairs to get things, then the criminals came in. We were moved from upstairs to come down and laid on our belly." He said to him,
"You just say you went upstairs to get your things, but you are on your towel. Does that make sense or did you come inside with your towel?" Detective Kelly demanded. He was hoping that he could wire this guy in his lies and mock him to his face.
