Thankfully there were hunt clothes because I wouldn't have fancied the idea of wearing a dress.
Joy was by my side and dressed like I was and far too eager than I was. While Pascal and Jamie walked behind us while carrying bags slung over their shoulders.
And as for the old man, Caleb, he chose to remain behind and overlook the mansion.
"This way," Jamie said and we followed without question.
The sky was quite dark and the trees didn't help but none of us was bothered by it, especially not me.
"Apart from the people searching for me, what other creatures lurk in this part of the forest? I have met the rogue werewolves who are able to go invisible and I've come across vampires and some cursed creatures, oh and not to forget the forest with eyes. So is there any other that I'm not aware of?" I asked just to be on a safe side.
"You've met the vampires? Did they harm you?" Pascal asked in disbelief.
"Oh they did."
"Does Lanzon know?" He asked in alarm.
