Compared to decades ago, she seemed unchanged, like a person frozen in Time.
Because of the Extraordinary Power, her appearance still remained the same as when Lynch first saw her decades ago, still that maiden's look, as if Time had left no trace upon her.
In spirit, she also felt no change, still like before, cold and indifferent to everything in the world, like a soulless shell only aware of the evident.
Lynch couldn't help but ponder, if someone like Alya, unchanged in appearance and stagnant in spirit, is her Time truly flowing?
Is she the Alya he met back then or the Alya now?
Lynch shifted his gaze behind Alya.
