Chapter 216 - Chapter 216: What Era is it Still Driving a Gundam!

Uchiha Shin openly declared his ideology and his ultimate plan.

The sheer madness of his vision sent shockwaves through Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha.

Even Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki, who had been observing through their spiritual connection with the two, were left in stunned silence.

The Sage of Six Paths had always believed in achieving peace through understanding and mutual respect.

But Uchiha Shin had just proposed a way to forcibly impose peace—by rewriting the very will of every being on the planet, ensuring they understood each other completely and eternally.

It was a terrifying concept.

Yet, at the same time, horrifyingly feasible.

"This is too extreme, Shin." Hashirama's voice was heavy, his usually gentle tone edged with unease. "Forcing everyone to conform to your will isn't the way."

Madara, standing beside him, crossed his arms but didn't immediately reject the idea. His thoughts churned. The plan was terrifying—yet it could work.

For the first time, Madara found himself agreeing with Shin on some level.

True peace, free of war, hatred, and betrayal… but at what cost?

It would mean the entire world would become nothing more than prisoners inside Shin's reality, with no freedom of thought, no will of their own.

Was this peace? Or just another form of control?

Hashirama and Madara exchanged glances, understanding each other in an instant.

They had made their decision.

Shin sighed, as if disappointed but unsurprised. "You two are relics of a failed era. I'll send you back where you belong."

As he spoke, a white cloak with golden trims materialized over his form. The pressure that erupted from him sent ripples through the air—a force so oppressive it could crush even seasoned warriors into the dirt.

The Six Paths-level chakra radiating from Shin was overwhelming.

Madara scoffed, though there was frustration in his voice. "This brat's growth speed is absurd. How long has it been?"

He clenched his fists. "It took me years of planning, sacrifice, and conflict to awaken the Rinnegan. And yet, here he is—already at the level of a god."

Hashirama's eyes narrowed. He could sense it as well.

Even among Six Paths-level beings, Shin's power was on another level entirely.

"Madara," Hashirama muttered under his breath. "We need to find an opening. A chance to strike."

Madara smirked. "Plotting sneak attacks right in front of him? You think he doesn't hear us?"

Shin didn't react—only raised his hand.

"Kamui."

The space around Hashirama and Madara distorted instantly, spiraling like a vortex, threatening to consume them.

"Damn it—!"

"Limbo: Border Jail!"

Madara's shadowy Limbo clones intercepted the warping space, yanking him and Hashirama out of its grasp. But even then, their arms were sheared clean off.

They regenerated instantly, a testament to their godlike power.

Hashirama acted first. "Sage Art: Gate of the Great God!"

Massive torii gates rained down from the sky, aiming to pin Shin to the earth.

Yet they passed through him as if he were nothing but mist.

"Intangibility through space-time distortion." Madara's sharp eyes caught the trick immediately. "We need to find its weakness."

Hashirama was already forming hand seals. "Wood Style: Deep Forest Bloom!"

Towering wooden dragons burst from the ground, lunging toward Shin.

"Madara! I'll restrain him—you hit him hard!"

Madara cracked his neck. "Fine, fine. Just don't get in my way, Hashi."

He clapped his hands together. "Chibaku Tensei!"

Dark orbs of concentrated chakra shot into the sky.

The battlefield trembled as the ground cracked, debris and rubble pulled skyward, forming colossal meteors above Shin.

"Tengai Shinsei!"

Madara didn't hold back. The meteors, now fully formed, plummeted toward Shin with enough force to annihilate everything in their path.

The sight alone sent waves of terror through the observing shinobi.

They could do nothing but watch as their world was crushed under divine fury.

Shin merely sighed.

"You think such petty tricks can measure up to me?"

With a single glance, his Rinnegan pulsed.

"Izanagi Supreme."

Reality itself distorted. An invisible wave rippled from Shin, rewriting existence.

In an instant—

The dragons were gone.

The meteors never fell.

The battlefield returned to an untouched state, as if none of it had ever happened.

The silence that followed was suffocating.

Hashirama's breath hitched. "W-What just…?"

Madara clenched his fists. "This isn't normal Izanagi… this is different. His eyes… they don't lose their light. This is a perfected form."

Hashirama steadied himself. "It doesn't seem to affect living things directly. That's our chance."

Madara exhaled. "Alright. No more tests. We hit him with everything."

"Wood Style: True Several Thousand Hands!"

A godlike wooden statue erupted from the earth, its thousand hands reaching toward the heavens.

Madara didn't hesitate.

"Complete Body—Susanoo!"

The indigo warrior formed around the wooden titan, sheathing it in unbreakable armor.

Shin chuckled, watching their combined assault.

"What era is it still driving a Gundam? You two are really outdated."

The very air froze around him.

"Absolute Space: Frozen Domain."

In an instant, the battlefield vanished.

The towering Thousand-Armed Buddha, the Susanoo-armored titan—all were transported into a vast, desolate tundra, where even time itself seemed to slow.

Shin exhaled, his breath visible in the icy void.

"No more distractions."

He raised his hand.

And the world cracked.
