Xiyan still stared at him blankly.
"Not coming over? Then I'll come over and hold you." Ou Jue said, striding forward.
He grabbed Xiyan's wrist and pulled her into his embrace—

Her mind finally returned to her senses, and Xiyan was so angry inside. She pushed at him indignantly, "Let go of me, I don't want you to hold me."
"No." Ou Jue held her tightly, his tone domineering.

"I am, but only to you."
Xiyan was so angry she almost spat blood, "And you're proud of it?!"
Ou Jue lowered his gaze, eyes like the depths of the universe locked onto her, and in a determined tone said, "You're angry."
"Heh." Xiyan snorted coldly.
"Why."
"Heh heh heh."
"Is it because I missed the appointment this afternoon?"
This time, before Xiyan could scoff again, the Demon warned in a cautionary tone, "No scoffing."
