After joking around, Alice Turner and Lily Turner invited the two gentlemen inside. Once they were in, Easton Holmes realized that Sophia Wood and Christopher Turner were not home at all.
"My parents are with my relatives..."
Noticing Easton Holmes's confusion, Lily Turner quickly explained, but before she could finish her sentence, she suddenly remembered something. She tilted her head to look at Alice Turner beside her. "Sis! Mom and Dad are still waiting for us to entertain the guests."
If they hadn't been held up by Amber Wood earlier, the two sisters would already be on their way.
"You don't need to worry about that. I'll rush over later." Alice Turner hadn't forgotten about going to the restaurant to entertain the guests. She planned to let Easton Holmes and Thomas Fisher into the house first and then drive to catch up with the guests who had already left a while ago.
