Zara attempted to close the door, but Ace held back tightly, forcing his way in.
"What are you doing here?" Zara asked, gritting her teeth.
"Checking up on you."
Zara laughed. Dryly. "Why? Have you suddenly become caring about me?"
"Suddenly?" Ace mumbled, but quickly shook it off. "How are you doing now?"
"Beautifully well as you can see!" She replied sharply, "Now you may leave."
"What about my offer? Still not taking it?" he asked curiously.
Zara's temper flared, but she tried to keep it in control, "Ace, I already told you and I am going to repeat it again. I am never going to apologise for what I did not do. I thought you know me better, but I guess you must have forgotten over the years."
"Now get out of my house!" She yelled.
Ace moved closer instead, placing his hands on her shoulders, "Zara, I am not asking you to apologise because you are wrong. I just need you to be doing something to avoid falling into depression."
