The Fall of a "God"—Enel vs. Crocodile!
At that moment—Conqueror's Haki erupted.
A terrifying wave of pressure surged into the sky, crashing down at lightning speed and passing straight through Enel.
Hum!
Enel's mind went blank.
An unprecedented mental and spiritual shock made his body tremble uncontrollably. His legs buckled—
And the self-proclaimed "god" fell from the sky.
"Spatial Transfer!"
Bai Yu activated his ability, his katana already drawn, and stabbed forward with brutal precision.
Hum!
Enel, still reeling from the Haki-induced shock, was abruptly teleported—right into the path of Bai Yu's waiting blade.
This was an upgraded version of Tenseigan Teleportation—moving enemies at will!
"PFFT!"
The blade, infused with Armament Haki, pierced straight through Enel's abdomen.
Bai Yu lifted his sword slightly, hoisting the so-called "god" off the ground with one hand.
"AAAAAHHHHHH!"
The sudden, agonizing pain snapped Enel back to reality. The Conqueror's Haki had stunned him, but now his nerves screamed in response to the deep wound.
His howl echoed across Shandora—
Robin and the rest of the girls were left speechless.
Nami exaggeratedly gasped. "Whoa! So this is a god? Scary!"
Vivi blinked. "Sister Nami… I feel like I've heard that exact tone somewhere before…"
Tashigi couldn't hold back a chuckle. "It's just like Admiral Kizaru."
Nojiko and Makino smirked. "Looks like you learned well."
Kaya giggled.
Meanwhile, Robin sighed internally.
No matter the opponent, Bai Yu never seems threatened in the slightest.
No wonder the other girls worship him so blindly…
Enel's Awakening
"Cough… cough…!"
Enel coughed up blood, his eyes bloodshot. He hadn't experienced pain in nearly eight years—ever since awakening his so-called "divine power."
This suffering…
It brought him back.
Back to Birka.
Back to the torment of his childhood.
Every day, he was beaten for lacking wings. Every night, he went hungry.
He had burned Birka to the ground in revenge—
And yet, now, he regretted it.
Not because of guilt—
But because destroying it a hundred times over wouldn't have erased the pain it had caused him.
Crackle!
Electricity surged through Enel's body as he instinctively transformed into lightning, retreating a safe distance.
He knelt on one knee, glaring up at Bai Yu.
"Good… very good…!" he spat, his voice filled with venom. "You are the first mortal to ever wound a god!"
He wiped the blood from his mouth, standing tall once more.
"That was just because… I was careless!"
"I simply… didn't dodge in time!"
Tsk. Bai Yu rolled his eyes.
If he hadn't wanted to test his new ability, Enel would've been half-dead in Undead Prison already.
"Alright then—come at me again."
Bai Yu smirked, motioning lazily with his hand.
Suddenly, he thought of something and waved his hand again.
A black vortex swirled in the void.
A portal.
Beyond it—
Crocodile.
"Crocodile, deal with this fool."
"???!?"
Crocodile, who had been begrudgingly working in Undead Prison, stiffened when he heard Bai Yu's voice.
His anger flared instantly.
"Does this bastard really think I'm his lackey now?!"
But—
His longing for freedom outweighed his pride.
And so, he jumped through the portal.
The moment he stepped out—
"Ahhh… Sunlight!"
"Ahhh… Fresh air!"
"Ahhh— …Wait, the high-altitude air is too thin, I almost passed out!"
Crocodile quickly steadied himself, adjusting to the oxygen levels in the White-White Sea.
Then—
His eyes widened.
"What the…?"
He looked around—
And froze.
"H-HOLY… GOLD?!"
For a moment, Crocodile thought he had gone blind.
Forget everything else—the Golden Bell alone was blinding.
Bai Yu scoffed. "Pathetic."
But Crocodile wasn't listening.
He was too entranced by the endless golden landscape before him.
He didn't care much about money—
But an entire city of gold?
Now that was something he wanted.
"Yeah-hahaha! You dare ignore a god?!"
Seeing Bai Yu dismiss him entirely, even summoning a subordinate to fight in his place, Enel snapped.
He raised his hands to the sky—
"GOD'S JUDGMENT!"
A colossal pillar of lightning descended toward Bai Yu.
But—
Shwoop!
Bai Yu vanished.
BOOM!
The devastating attack obliterated the golden platform where Bai Yu had been standing.
The explosion of wind and electricity snapped Crocodile out of his trance.
"The hell—who's attacking?!"
Crocodile's gaze darted toward the sky.
He saw…
An exhibitionist playing with lightning.
Logia…?!
Crocodile's instincts sharpened.
But he wasn't afraid.
He simply smirked.
"Guhahaha… The legendary Thunder-Thunder Fruit, huh? You got lucky, punk."
"STUPID MORTAL!" Enel roared, electricity crackling around his form. "You dare laugh at a god?!"
The lightning in his hand grew even larger.
Crocodile blinked.
Then—
He burst into laughter.
"Hahahaha! Ridiculous bastard. You don't even know how Devil Fruits work, do you?"
He cracked his knuckles.
"Let me educate you."
Logia vs. Logia—The Battle Begins!
Crocodile launched himself forward.
"Sables: Desert Spada!"
A razor-sharp sand blade shot toward Enel.
Not to be outdone—
"30 Million Volts: Thunder Beast!"
A massive electric wolf lunged at Crocodile.
The battle was on.
Watching from Afar…
Kaya blinked in confusion. "Brother Bai Yu… Is that crocodile guy gonna die?"
Robin had an odd look.
"New boss vs. old boss… and the old one looks really obedient now."
Bai Yu chuckled.
"In the future, we'll need to build a strong force—so we need a lot of capable people working under us."
Nami, arms crossed, tilted her head. "So… who's gonna win?"
Bai Yu tapped his chin.
"Hmm… Let's see."
"On one hand, Crocodile's been out of the game for years. His Haki's rusty. But he has more battle experience than that self-proclaimed god."
"On the other hand, Enel has no Haki, weak physical skills, and no real combat experience—but his Observation Haki is excellent, and he's ridiculously fast."
"Most importantly? They're both arrogant as hell."
"Psychology plays a big role in fights like these."
"It'll all come down to… who's the smarter one."
Bai Yu smirked.
"Either way, I win."
