Leon and Sam could be seen sitting next to each other in a train. While Sam was munching on some chips, on the other hand Leon was relaxing in his seat.
Finishing the chips Sam looked out the window and saw nothing but darkness. He turned to the left and asked Leon. "How much time do we have until we leave this tunnel?. I want to see something unique."
"Do not worry, we only have to travel for another two hours to reach our destination, mountain bridge university." Leon replied.
"Really two hours? what are we going to do in that time frame? I am really bored." Sam said in dissatisfied tone.
"Then, would you like to play some games?" Leon replied, smiling slightly.
"I am not sure man, what kind of game could we play on this damn train." Sam getting angry because of the darkness outside said. This was his first time leaving bridge stone city so he was very excited but now he appeared to be deflated balloon.
"So, how about I tell you a story of our planet?" Leon asked because he knew that Sam would say yes.
"Yes, that would be great I love history so anythig that happened in the past interest me. How do you I know that I like history?" Sam replied.
"I had no idea, do i start now?" Leon said impatiently. While Sam nodded his head.
"Around a thousand year ago, we did not have this super continent called New PANGAEA. No, it was divided into seven continents mainly known as Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Antarctica. But one day, something big happened. The seven continents started to shake. They started moving towards each other gradually, and within a span of 7 days, they collided." Leon paused for few seconds, glanced at a overly excited Sam and continued.
"Within a span of 7 days, many people tried to flee into the ocean but that choice cost them their lives. Some people sought refuge in the sky, but due to not having enough fuel, they to succumbed to their death. But the few that survive soon realised that this was not the end. Volcanoes erupted, cyclones formed, and tsunamis flooded the land from all sides."
"After three months of continuous shifting of the continents, it final stopped. The once flourishing human race now stands on it's last leg, but not all hope was lost. All the survivors that survived this catastrophic event saw a light guiding them to the center of this new continent. Arriving there, they a saw mountain range surrounding a large piece of land untouched by this catastrophic incident. All the survivors started cultivativating the land and developed new technology based on their past ones."
" A New Era has began for the human race. They started making development in science and technology, but it did not take long for many issues to arise. Internal conflicts erupted, and fighting between the groups became more frequent. The core issue of this major problem was that who would l be the leader, the one who will lead them. Even after 3 years the fight continued. The human race's growth stalled, and science and technology did not advance any further, but in this desperate time, a legend began to emerge. He tackled all the problems, surpassing others and Rising to the top of this world."
"Leo panthera (lion of the mountains) conquered everything and created this very Kingdom is stand upon. The Kingdom of Lions, the Kingdom of Mountains, and the Kingdom of The legend itself. THE KINGDOM OF PANTHERA." Leon stopped and glanced at Sam, who had a very excited smile.
"Wow, Leon, this is one of the best experiences I have had in while now." Sam shouted excitedly. "Hold your horses, sam. don't you know the storyl?" Leon asked.
"Yes, I do, but knowing the story and hearing it from another person are two different things." Sam spoke as if he was the one telling the story. "You have to calm down now we have to get off this train in 10 min." Leon said while taking out his luggage and standing in a line, while Sam stood behind him.
After 10 minutes the train stoped at the platform, everyone got off the train and started going to their destination. Leon and Sam also started walking towards the college. Even before they could reach the college they could see many student walking in a group some were alone some were with their parents. But there was common factor in all the students they were here for the college opening ceremony.
Just as they were about to reach the gate Sam spotted an unexpected person walking alone towards the gate.
"Hey Leon can you recognise that person over there." Sam pointed at a girl to his right about 20 meters away from us.
Leon recognising the girl was also surprised to see her here. "Let's go say hi to her." Leon spoke while walking in the girls direction. "She didn't tell me she was also coming here; if I had known, we could have come together." Sam said sadly
Sam, who was walking behind her, called out to her. "Sophia, what are you doing here? It is surprising to see you here."
When she heard her name called from behind her, she turned around, surprised to see thereof boys who had saved her the day before. Her eyes widened and she stuttered in response. "Oh ... Hi .... H ..... Ni ..... Nice .... T ..... To."
Sam noticed her nervousness and spoke in calm tone to calm her. "Hey, just calm down a bit. You don't have be so nervous around us."
After few minutes, she relaxed and said."Sorry, I was surprised to see you here. I am here for the same reason as you, to attend the ceremony."
"Oh, that's great. you don't mind if tag alongz?" Sam excitedly spoke.
"No I don't mind but .." before she could finish her sentence, leon spoke. " We don't have time for that right now. Let's go in, the ceremony starts in 10 minutes."
Hearing him, they hurriedly walked towards the ceremony hall. On their way to the hall, they passes by their campus, where they will spend next four years.
The campus was structured In a circular fashion. All dorms were placed in the first circle, which was divided into four groups. The east was for the girls, the west for the boys, the north was for the teachers and staff, and the south was reserved for the guests. The second circle was for markets and entertainment. The third circle was designated for lecture halls, libraries, training halls, stadiums and ceremony hall. At the center, however, stood a medieval-style castle that blended seamlessly with the modern technology. (Refrence image)
When the trio arrived at the ceremony hall, they took their seats, and the ceremony began a few minutes later.
'I can not wait to meet her.' Leon thought.
