Late Night
Jeet, Shaun, Zeeshu, Guru and Viru were seated together.
" We are here to consolidate our findings so that we are on the same page", said Jeet.
" Deepak and Sumeet were quietly eliminating the threats in the army with the help of Falcon. Sumeet also started investigation of the administrative department under him", said Viru.
" Ministers and officers both", queried Guru.
" Positive", said Viru.
" Any names", asked Jeet.
" A lot of clues and hints but they never used names", replied Viru.
" Clever", nodded Jeet.
" Father D'Mello is visiting next week. He will meet Grace. In case of a criminal confession he agreed to co-operate with the police if Grace is spared on her death bed", said Shaun.
" I'll guarantee that", said Jeet.
Shaun nodded .
" Preeti Rajvansh escaped to South Africa from India. She changed multiple identities. She later married a rich Nigerian man and moved to Dubai. No information after that", said Zeeshan.
" Sheetal his in Dubai", said Guru.
Zeeshan smirked.
" Yeah and we have a lead. Sheetal lived as a live in maid for a Nigerian couple. What are the odds"?
" Good job Qureshi", said Jeet.
He nodded.
" Jailbait gave me a few names as she monitored accounts , social media and cell location ", said Guru. " We are now quietly following our targets 24/7 discretely of course ", he said.
" Hmm Qureshi let Ali dig on Preeti in Dubai. Guru arrange another bmeeting with Eagle's team. I have a few instructions ", he said.
" On that", thay said in unison.
" We need to be prepared. We will have to face something soon", he said.
They all agreed.
And they were not wrong....
Meanwhile
Chanchal loved little Sammy but he really was a handful.
" I don't like that", he pouted.
" Boiled eggs with salt and pepper are healthy breakfast ", said Rash. " I am not letting you heat junk in the morning ".
" Teeny teeny aunty Rash", he pleaded
" None", vetoed Rash.
" Eat Sam baba", said Radhabai. " He is just like my son when he was young".
" How is your son doing", asked Adhi.
" The moron is out of trouble ", sighed Radhabai " He is still working in that garage".
" Good for him", he said .
" That bad fish; her son is mostly in jail. Poor Radhabai ", said Daya the cook to Rashmi.
She was a total gossip girl!
Finally begrudgingly Sam ate the eggs, drank his milk and finished his toast.
" I am looking a preschool for him daddy but he is scared after that incident", she informed Adhi.
" I suggest we home school him for a year and then we can move on", said Rash.
" That is a good idea", said Dev.
Adhi agreed too.
" Zeenat is on her death bed I am afraid", whispered Chanchal.
" Muskan cries a lot", said Rash. " But the child no longer asks for her. He treats you as mother Chi Chi", she said.
" It's good for him", said Dev.
Rash agreed.
" I am working from home today. Dad time for medicine ", she said.
" You are getting worse", sulked Dev but Rash wheeled him to his room.
Late Afternoon
Around 4 P.M.
Rash had just finished her work and messaged Chanchal.
" Tea break ".
" Sure", came the reply.
They decided to have it in living room.
As Rash was passing the compound she saw a figure at the back gate. The gate was opened and the figure rushed out in a hurry before closing it.
" What's the rush"! She thought absent minded.
Chi Chi called her..
" RASH"..
" BACKYARD COMPOUND ", she called back.
Chi Chi hurried up to her....
" The gate I was going to close it", she said to Chanchal.
" Strange", said Chi Chi.
" What's strange", she asked.
" That gate opens to a forest", she said. " We usually keep it close".
" Isn't the premises guarded", asked Rash.
" Not this side as far as I know there is a dense forest and wild animals", she said.
" I saw someone go out", mused Rash.
" Who"?
" A woman Chi Chi. Her back was to me", she said.
" But".. Chanchal took a second then bolted.
" We need to close it now",she said.
" At that moment a smoke bomb went off and visibility ended.
" Run Chi Chi" whispered Rash.
" Where to", she asked running.
" Dragon's room and call him for backup", said Rash.
They heard footsteps.
" Surveillance room is nearby ", said Chanchal " Manya is home".
" Good", said Rash.
Rash ran to the surveillance room and Chi Chi to her father in law.
" Madam", Megha found her.
" Megha few men entered from backyard. Someone let them in" said Chanchal." I am calling sir".
" Okay madam", she immediately pulled her gun out and took Chanchal safely to her room.
She dialled Sumeet.
Meanwhile
Rash found Manya.
" Someone let enemy in from the backyard", she blurted.
" Manya pulled up the footage.
" Four men", he said.
Rash dialled Zeeshan.
" Yes darling ", he picked up immediately.
" We are under attack", she said without preamble. She put it on speaker
" Qureshi Four men", said Manya.
" Get madam safe",he said
" Megha is with her", said Rash. " Zeeshu I can shoot".
" Manya give her a gun. Rash no stunts I am on my way. I am close. Only shoot point blank", he said.
" I I sir", she said.
Manya gave her a gun.
Meanwhile
" Yes pet", asked Dragon.
" S.sir some men in our h.house. w.weapons", she said.
" Who is with you", she asked.
" Megha", she said. " Manya is with Rash.
" Okay vote I am coming. Megha keep her safe. The boy..he should be safe too.".
" Sammy", sobbed Chanchal.
" Pet he shall be fine", said Dragon.
She sobbed again.
" Take her to my room and lock it. The boy should be there too", he said. " Remain with them.
" Yes sir".
He made a group call.
The three lieutenants picked up.
" Red Alert! We are under attack ", he said.
" Where", asked Shaun already on the move.
" Singhania house", he said.
" Good", said Guru.
" I am at the gates. " I wished to discuss something with your father".
" Rash called me too", said Zeeshan. " I am about to reach there".
" Dragon they are going down", all three said in unison.
And the team moved swiftly.
