I hope you can feel the weight of this journey with me.
I hope you can see the lessons I have carried,
the wisdom I've earned from protecting my spirit.
I am not perfect, and that is okay.
I hope you can accept that about yourself, too.
We grow.
We stumble.
We love.
We lose.
And damn, I have learned the hard way.
I hope you understand that peace is not given to us by others.
It is chosen.
It is guarded.
It is nurtured within us.
I hope you know that stability in life will not come from someone else's approval or attention.
It comes from standing firm in your own truth.
From walking away from what drains you, diminishes you,
or pulls you away from the alignment of your soul.
I have learned to guard what is sacred within me.
My laughter, my heart, my body, my spirit, not everything is meant for everyone to see or touch.
Some pearls are meant to stay with you,
to be cherished, not trampled,
to be honored, not handled carelessly.
I hope you can protect your own treasures.
Not everyone will understand your value,
and that is not your burden.
I hope you know that it is okay to say yes to what serves you
and no to what does not.
I hope you do not wait to be chosen,
do not bend, do not shrink, do not prove yourself
when you have already been chosen, aligned, and made whole.
I am grateful for the space I am in now.
I hope you can feel that gratitude in your own heart.
I choose to be present.
I choose to laugh fully.
I choose to savor every breath, every step, every moment.
I hope you can give yourself that same permission.
I am my own fairy tale.
From surviving storms to walking in purpose,
from learning painful lessons to thriving internationally,
I hope you see that you can survive and thrive, too.
I hope you can learn that love does not mean losing yourself.
It means protecting yourself, trusting yourself,
and letting only what is worthy enter your sacred space.
I do not chase.
I attract.
What belongs to me will walk beside me in purpose.
I hope you know that you can live the same way.
I distance myself from what does not serve me.
I honor my boundaries, my time, my spirit.
I am peace.
I am tranquility.
I am home.
I am future.
I hope you can sit with yourself,
love yourself,
and recognize the strength in your own becoming.
I hope you can feel your growth and your resilience,
even in the moments that hurt the most.
And I hope, above all, you know that you are whole,
just as you are.
Like a sunflower turning toward the sun,
I have learned to face my own light.
To bloom in the space I have created for myself,
to stretch tall despite storms,
and to shine even when no one is watching.
May you turn toward your own light too,
cherish the growth that comes from pain,
and know that the garden of your heart
is sacred, whole, and capable of endless bloom.
